Great location and clean room (bamboo bungalows with AC). But staff is not kind nor helpful. Good place to stay over night before taking the fast boat to the Gili islands.

Not worth the money, in fact our worst accomodation in Bali over a 2 Month stay.”
Staff were rude and surly. Rooms were dated and in a poor state of repair. Matresses were very uncomfortable. There were no bedsheets and no one made our room up. The plug sockets were hanging off the walls and were usaae. This place lacked the friendly welcoming attitude we encountered throughout Bali at our other stays. There is plenty of superior accommodation at a similar price near by in Pandang Bai.

I wouldn't stay here again...”
The facilities is quite old, room is dark and hot, and the bed sheet just kept falling off. Wifi didn't work at all on the first day, got fixed on the second day but still signal is bad inside the room. The swimming pool was too dirty the first day, but then they cleaned it on the second day. We booked for 2 nights and wanted to cancel the second night but was not possible, so kinda have to suffer 2 unpleasant nights. The location is nice though, in front of the beach and pretty convenient.

Rude owner”
We were staying for 2 nights in this hotel, when we first came the room was dirty, and in our room the shower was broken. In the morning (6am) the staff speak really loud in front of the rooms so we couldn’t sleep. When we tell the owner, she said us that it was wrong, she was so unfriendly so we asked to move, she didn’t give us her money back, and we found a better place to stay near the port. Otherwise the location and the facilities was great, but I won’t recommend it because the owner..

Sea front location with no extras”
We lashed out and upgraded to sea view room. Views were great though through the tangle of cables but port noises happening all night. Clean enough but no top sheet and doubt the doona has been washed in awhile. Staff friendly enough but maybe a bit tourist weary - it was high season. Services were adequate but not worth the extra we paid.

Worst "hotel" I ever been to. Yes, it's cheap but we expected more than what we got. Terrible bed, and the we shouldn't talk about the sheets, which they didn't even had. Breakfast was not good either. Would not recommend it to anyone. Luckey enoguh we just stayed there for one night.

too expensive, no comfort, spring mattress, no pressure in the shower and only cold water. The staff starts working at 6am, and speaks loudly as in daylight. It's a shame, we will not go back

Habitaciones hermosas muy limpias con rico aroma. Ubicación excelente en la playa con un hermoso restaurante en la playa mesas en la arena y maravillosos sunset comida exquisita, el personal totalmente servicial y muy atento, excelente servicio apenas llegamos nos recibieron con ricos jugos de sandía de Bienvenida. Creo que estaré más de lo previsto acá! Muy recomendable!

Lo mejor de lo peor”
Hay que empezar diciendo que la calidad de alojamientos en esta localidad es pésimo, la calidad es pésima. Este alojamiento lo más decente que encontramos dentro de nuestro presupuesto. Intentan cobrarte más que la tarifa de Agoda, el check out hay que hacerlo antes de las 10 de la mañana sino te cobran un día extra completo. Y por supuesto no puedes hacer uso de las instalaciones. El desayuno estaba bueno y era abundante.

Mala relación calidad-precio”
El precio que ofrecen para lo que luego realmente es, no se corresponde. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, antiguas y con la higiene justa. El servicio no limpia cada dia las habitaciones y las habitaciones con vistas al mar no les llega la conexión wifi. El desayuno no está mal y te lo llevan a la habitación si se lo pides. Lo mejor, la ubicación.

Tiene su encanto!”
Una habitacion hecha con bamboo. Hay que tomar una escalera para llegar arriba. El cuarto de baño está abajo, un poco antiguo y basico. Pero para pasar una noche antes de coger un barco desde Pandang Bai, no está mal, como pasar una noche en una cabana! Diferente y divertido. La verdad he dormido muy bien.

Mauvaise expérience ”
Bungalows sans la moindre isolation phonique collés les uns aux autres . Pas de wifi dans les chambres contrairement à ce qui est annoncé. Personnel agréable mais gérant de l'hôtel aussi désagréable que peu arrangeant ! Une mauvaise expérience dans l'ensemble .
