It’s a good place to stay, rooms are big and clean. The hotel is massive. Food is ok, a little repetitive. The staff can’t do any more for you. A few particular things we had to ask for like room slippers and milk for the tea bar in the room. Would stay there again.

When we arrived we were given mint tea on arrival and had people greet us as soon as we got out the taxi they looked after our bags. They gave us a free upgrade to a pool view. The rooms were very nice and modern and very cleaned very well every day. I think the service from the staff was great they were so happy to help you with anything you needed.

Exceptional”
Staff was really helpful and took care quickly of a room issue at our family check in. Gorgieous breakfast that was able to answer my kids needs, knowing they are autistic and have special needs! Also, kids loved the swimming pool!!! So, thanks everyone for making our stay something we remember! And definitely, I would recommend!

the service was good, however with the exception of staff at breakfast i felt sometimes that i was a number and not and individual. staff would be helpful, but not go he extra mile even to the point where you felt on more than one occasion that you were imposing on their agenda. otherwise a lovely place!

Not a 5-star”
First of all this is not near a 5-star hotel. The check in took us around 45 min and they told us sit and wait. They didn't serve us anything, like water or tea (that rude in maroc not to do). And when we gave our Voucher with payment information and booking number the first thing after watching even there system and my voucher was "so you havent paid for your stay.. I responden "no i have paid" she insisted by saying "no you havent".. I was sure I had paid and I could even proof it with the voucher. So I wasn't scared. After a while she said "yes you've paid". No, sorry or I was wrong. nothing. Theres one girl in the reception that knows nothing. NOTHING about how to handle guests. Totally wrong attitude. I've many stories with since we stayed there 6 nights. we were 15 people and none of us tought this was a 5-star hotel. JUST because of the service.

Good hotel but bad service”
The hotel staff was the worst. Took 1 hour to check in and they tell multiple times that I haven't paid, even if I showed them my voucher with payment and everything. The hotel is good but the staff need education. And need to learn to speak English.

Mauvaise expérience ”
Déjà venue il y a quelques années à plusieurs reprises, j’ai été extrêmement déçue de la chute nette de la qualité. Mauvais service, peu propre, personnel triste et résigné J’ai eu l’impression d’être dans un mauvais 4 étoiles tunisien … il faut soit remonter en gamme soit baisser le nombre d’étoile. Ce n’est en rien un 5* …

Bonjour a tous , pour être le plus bref 4, 4 nuit bien reposante avec ma femme et mes trois enfants, nous avons passé un très bon séjour bien reposant, je voudrais remercier tous le staff du mènera palace pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse , et un remerciement spécial à Mme selma et le monsieur au restaurant , je connais pas son prénom , mes il porte des lunettes, et je le remercie personnellement pour sa gentillesse et sont grand professionnel , et qui nous demander à chaque fois si ont avait besoin de quoi ce soit pour notre confort. Pas de vrais jus de fruits au petit-dejeuner pour un palace 5 étoiles c'est dommage. Nous avons attendu 50 minutes avant de disposer de la chambre.. Sinon hôtel propre et bien équipée, suite sympa et belle piscine. Un peu excentré et horaires de navette pas adaptés. Repas et collation excessivement chers.
