Good stay in Agadir”
We spent 7 nights in this hotel in Agadir, great value for money, fine breakfast (but no for meatlovers - there was just ham, no bacon/sausages), wi-fi connection was good but not in our room - it was without wi-fi access (1110). Room was comfortable, (especially mattress) and clean but some parts of bathroom and furniture will need renovation.

Decent hotel but service has gone down”
Location of hotel is excellent and very close to everything like the beach, food places like McDonald's, Pizza Hut, KFC and many more. Service of hotel isn't great, you don't feel welcomed and staff seem tired out. Hotel is old and dated. Breakfast isn't great. I have stayed there before and it was much better than. Loud music from 8am till sunset. Not much for entertainment. Overall decent hotel to stay at but I'd go somewhere else.

Good hotel for beach break”
Good hotel that covered all bases. Was excellent value for money and good facilities. We weren’t informed about the following so is worth knowing - private beach area on the public beach, great for leaving your belongings - sports facility’s, these aren’t promoted but are very good once you find them! Reception staff were a bit hostile. All other staff (restaurant/cleaning/pool etc) were extremely helpful and friendly. Overall a great base for a few days in the sun! For value and location can’t beat it!

Not bad for the location. But I am disappointed ”
I stayed here for my wedding night, I put a note on my reservation, didn’t seem to get through to the reservation team or the front desk, nothing special in the room, no special decoration, note or anything. We got to the hotel late, and we couldn’t find a parking spot, we ended up parking in the garage and was asked to leave the keys, with a rude tone and attitude after we inquired about the safety of our vehicle. We didn’t get to try the buffet but the cleaning part could use a step up, seems like bleach is the only cleaning product used inside the room.

The water wouldn’t go properly down the sink or bath. Bathroom mostly smelt like piss. The rooms are standard. Don’t expect luxury here even though it’s 4 stars (more like 3). Staff behind the desk are not that friendly. Never no smiles or hi when coming or leaving. The breakfast was average. The pool was so so cold my family could not go in to it, thus we couldn’t go go down the slides as the water is freezing. There’s no tea/kettle in the room. All have to be ordered in the hotel restaurant for a price. The upside is it’s a good location from the beach. Rooms are cleaned daily. The view can be very nice depending where your situated.

I have been Agadir many times and stayed at Hotel Tildi and Palais de Roses on many occasions , but never ever have I have been told charged for use of a safe in my own room, it seemed anything we asked for we were charged for. There was a no Iron, in 7 days we only had the chance to use the iron once we had to do our own ironing on the bed. We asked numerous of times after for the iron but they never had it. The hotel had 1 iron only lol🤦♂️. We asked for our boarding passes to be printed and again was quoted 25 Dirhams for that. The breakfast staff in the morning we’re excellent, They were very good polite and very friendly. The reception staff were not helpful at all, definitely not. It’s like every chance they had to make any money they would and definitely required to be more user friendly. Not what we was use to at all. I Definitely wouldn’t be using this hotel again.

TERRIBLY MANAGED ESTABLISHMENT”
Booked 5 rooms in this hotel for a large group, broken tiles and mould in all rooms all, no rooms had air condition, they first sent some guy to check on it after we reported it, but the next day they say yes we know the air con is turned off as its cold now for Morocco, this was in 28 degree heat, they told us to just open the window...... rooms had only 1 light working, either in the entrance or beside the bedlamp, water was off 2 whole nights out of 5, they gave us 1 500ml bottle of water, 1 little broken iron was shared amongst the entire hotel, and when told about these issues above the management just shrugged their shoulders, very rude staff, 0 customer service skills, understand and speak 0 English, all French there. Only thing that was decent was the location, apart from that worse then a motel

First we arrived and for 1 hour they couldn’t find any booking. Then I had to email everything again to them. Next day morning was called to desk to say they needed a email again. Then was left alone until check out when told I have to pay taxes which was already included and could be clearly seen on the receipt. Never ever going to that hotel again.

Great location awesome views very clean. Towels were extremely old, room was clean but mildew smell, Linens were very old and torn. Both restaurant and clean crews were awesome. Reception staffs need better customer service competency and attitude. No drinking water or coffee makers in the room.
