Nice stay in hotel. Hotel staff was very helpful. Close vicinity to all beaches in North goa. baga beach is just a kilometre away. A lot of restaurants nearby on the main road for food and some drinks....

Great staff, Great hospitality ”
When we reached the hotel, we’re alloted 2 rooms out of which we didn’t like 1 room but the staff helped us out and gave us another room. Every morning they use to send breakfast in our room and our room was such a mess whenever we left the hotel and We found it clean whenever we enter the room. Good hotel with a great staff☺️

Nice place close to Baga beach”
Place is just opposite to a canal that joins Baga beach. There are also a few good restaurants close to this place to enjoy food. Clean and decent rooms to all type of travelers and this hotel also has a small pool to take a quick dip!

It was a 1 star on service, and a 4 star on location. The staff was helpful and humble, but not a lot of facilities available.

Average hotel - unfriendly staff”
Just had one night here and didn't extend the stay as I found the staff to be unfriendly and unhelpful. The room was a reasonable size with a good bed and shower, but it was very noisy with the road outside, the barking dogs, the noisy echoing hallways with guests and staff being very loud. Also the WiFi was unusable anywhere in the room after asking reception to help they basically said we know there is no wifi signali n that room and offered no solution. They also wanted 500rs to extend the checkout by one hour.

thank you for the rating and review.Sorry for the trouble cause by our guests and staff regarding the noise ,about room it is shown in the photos that the room you booked is near the road and WiFi was not working properly and had network issue and about late check out it depends on the room avability and for an extra charge which is mentioned in the Agoda hotel policy.

Hello thanks for rating and review.We do housekeeping daily ,provided you keep keys at reception or you inform us.Based on central guidelines for hotels we cant enter guest room when guest is in room.Secondly we do cleaning of check out rooms on priority as we need to keep room ready for new guest.After finishing check out rooms we do cleaning of rooms.

Worst Experience!!”
I have booked for my friend and his wife who got married recently, I am very disappointed what they told about the hotel and their hospitality. Room and bathroom was very unhygienic. Staff were very rude they don't even know how to speak with the guests. Breakfast food quality was very bad. Thank you Agoda & Kay's for offering such type of services.

Staff is more helpfull and friendly, near to north goa baga beache and fort aguda, Rooms are not so big but sufficient enough, rooms given to us in ground floor are facing road was bit uncomfort in staying. overall: i can say budget friendy small hotel and access to major places in north goa with a good staff and Food, small room spaces (offcourse most of the time we will not be in rooms in goa :) )

Best Economy Hotel with excellent location”
Hi, I was bit reluctant initially but I tried it just because of location. I was very impressed with room service (Pappu, who served us). The hotel was very clean and all the staff was friendly and helpful to arrange the transportation and other activities. I would definitely like to recommend any family or couples to visit the hotel. Good stay in well maintained property with less food options”
I just stayed in this hotel with my family for two days and it was a good stay. Though property is not too big but is nicely maintained especially cleaned pool. Only negative review is that they provide breakfast with only one option. Their premium rooms are good, so go for that
