1st place to stay in Bali”
We have choosen this place as 1st place to stay in Bali due to our plans in visiting parts of Ubud and Nusa Penida Island plus we wanted to be close to the airport. We have not regretted a second as the place welcomes you with a very nice garden, a long and narrow warm pool and a very good bed where we had best sleep ever. Breakfast is good, could be improved, services are excellent. We had a Balinese Massage and a Back, Neck and Head and they were great. We can’t say anything about having dinner at this place as there’s plenty of options 10 min walk. Place offers you free bikes rental and there’s options for driver and motorbike rental to, including trips. Being adults only is a plus, quite! We recommend this as you land to Bali from a very long trip and looking to accommodate with weather and time on your 1st couple of days . Staff been very nice! Thank you all. Cezar and Mariana

Beautiful Resort”
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The room and bathroom are huge and beautifully decorated. All the staff are great, everyone was very attentive and helpful. The location is fairly good for walking to places. The breakfast was delicious, you order what you want the night before and they deliver it to your room in the morning. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful ground, gorgeous pool just outside of your room. Spacious and clean but with character. Calm space with really lovely staff and resident cat Ms.Lee who we loved having around. Good breakfast & love the unlimited refills on water so we don’t have to buy plastic bottles too. Thank you for having us.

Could not ask for more”
My girlfriend and I traveled to Bali in the middle of June and stayed 4 nights in the villa fit for 2, closest to the office. We're both 30 year-old Filipino-Americans from the Bay Area, California, just for a little more insight. We absolutely LOVED this place. Out of the other two hotels we stayed in during our trip (budget-boutique hotel in Ubud and ultra resort in Legian), Karmagali Boutique Suites was, by a huge margin, our favorite! The grounds are shared, yet privacy was smart and tasteful, using a blend of landscaping, drapes and strategic unit positioning. The rooms themselves were also beautiful and clean. To us, it combined the best balance of a private and relaxed atmosphere and was situated in a quiet street, while the main part of town a mere 5-10ish minute walk away. The complimentary breakfast was also incredible. You can tell that they carefully select their fruits because of the sheer flavor, while other establishments that we've visited were surprisingly much more

Excellent Discovery!”
We were amazed and delighted with this luxurious boutique hotel experience. Our lovely almost-private veranda that looked through lush foliage onto the pool, one of three rooms on each side with a couple bigger ones in the rear. A king-size canopy bed with four comfortable pillows. A rain shower-head along with a hand-held one and plenty of hot hot water, looking onto a strip of garden along the far wall with orchids. Every morning, a fruit plate appeared with a half-dozen cut fruits and a juice. The three choices of breakfasts were perfectly presented, with optional requests accommodated. The owner-wife is from the south of France, and her unexpectedly well-equipped kitchen turned out delicious dishes from a full menu when we ordered in. This was one of the nicest hotels I have experienced—I can’t imagine what more the $500-$1,000 a night venues could offer to justify the higher price. Dayu greeted us when we arrived late and was always helpful.

Top notch service with personal touch!”
We had an amazing stay at Karmagali. Before our arrival, we mentioned to the owner that we'll be traveling with baby, so I want to make sure that the baby cot will be provided (as informed). Unfortunately, there was another infant at the time, and they did not have another cot. To our surprise, the baby cot was there when we arrived. The owner mentioned that they lended a baby cot to their friends just for us. Aside of that, the check-in and check-out were smooth. All staffs (and especially the owners) were beyond friendly. Room was extra clean (and looks exactly like the photos). Bathroom was very spacey – and was our favorit part. Room service foods were great. Will definitely return to Karmagali when we visit Sanur next time.

The Best Villa in Bali”
We stayed at Karmagali Timor Suite for 4 nights in December 2016. The villa was perfect in every way, nothing to fault. Everything in the villa is of the best quality and the style was perfect. Beautiful relaxing outside seating area and the breakfast served in your villa is fresh and delicious. The fruit they give you is the best of any other place we have stayed. Marguerite and her husband are the perfect hosts and Missy the villa cat is so cute and friendly ensuring everything is in order😁We loved our stay at Karmagali and will definitely book the villa again on our next trip to Bali. We highly recommend this property for a perfect relaxing holiday. Thank you

Merci Marion, Bien que Karmagali se situe dans un secteur résidentiel plutôt calme nous ne pouvons empêcher la vie Balinaise de s'exprimer (parfois tôt le matin)... Cependant nous avons tenu compte de votre remarque et nous avons profité du début d'année pour refaire entièrement l'isolation des toits de chaume qui étaient la principale source de désagrément. Nous serons ravis de vous le faire constater lors de votre prochaine visite (cet été peut-être?). Très cordialement Frédéric

L'endroit est très joli et décoré avec goût! Le personnel est discret et efficace, les propriétaires, qui vivent sur place, accueillants. Bravo à eux, le résultat de leur investissement est super! N'hésitez pas à emprunter des vélos pour rejoindre les plages et restaurants (en direction du sud c'est magnifique)

Kleines süßes Boutique Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Am Pool fehlten Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Lage ist eher etwas weiter weg vom Strand.

Sehr gutes Hotel, im direkten Vergleich mit anderen Hotels eine glatte 10. Bei individueller Betrachtung 9.75 von 10 Punkten, Abzüge gibt es für: fehlende Einstiegsleiter Pool, fehlender Sonnenschirm Pool und lauter Kühlschrank (jedoch im Bad untergebracht, daher keine Beeinträchtigung Wohnraum)

Karmagali Boutique Suites er et virkelig charmerende sted, der varmt kan anbefales. Jeg har oplevet mange steder på Bali med god service, men dette lille Boutique hotel slår alt i venlighed og opmærksomhed fra såvel de ansatte som de franske ejere. Der er et lille kvarters gang og kortes til stranden, hvis man går til venstre ad vejen lige udenfor hotellet og følger denne hele tiden i stedet for anvisningen i mappen på hotellet, der er længere og lidt mere besværlig.
