The room was clean and the staff were friendly, making for a pleasant stay. Although I stayed for two nights, the Mie Goreng that was served for breakfast on the first day was not available on the second day. When I asked the staff about it, they said it wasn't available today, but later made it for me upon request. Also, it's a common thing in Indonesia, but the toilet washlet in the room was not a gun type, but a twist type, which reduced my stress. Haha.

Great room with lots of facilities is the best thing this hotel can offer. I like the location, it's on jl. Rasuna Said, close to Mega Kuningan. Sadly, no nearby fast food or minimarket. The hotel is nowhere near the busy turist area. The staffs are friendly, and they speak rather good English. The room is pretty big and clean, everything works perfectly. Everything else was perfect, would recommend other people to stay at this place during their stay in Jakarta.

Staffs are very friendly. I was here for a conference in the hotel, therefore, staying here. Requests were promptly assisted. Food at the restaurant in the lobby wasn't that nice, breakfast options were quite limited as well. If you are looking for shopping, you need to hire a taxi or gojek to bigger malls. There are no convenience store nearby as well. Overall a good business hotel!
