As soon as you enter, the JMM reception is on the right, and by the way, Legacy is on the left. We arrived at 1 pm, but we were able to check in smoothly. It was surprising for a condo hotel, but the staff escorted us to our room on the 19th floor. The room was clean and had sufficient space and facilities for two people. It was nice that smoking was allowed on the balcony. There were no bugs, but the shower temperature was not great. Also, if you are in a south-facing room, you may hear the BGM from the neighboring Bellagio Square, which may bother some people. I often see reviews where people complain about the elevators taking a long time, but this is a 50-story high-rise condo with four elevators (three were operational during my stay), so depending on the time of day, you may have to wait a bit, but are those people just too impatient? I think it's all within an acceptable price range. If you are not satisfied with this level, then pay several times more and go to the Sheraton. It is a high-cost performance hotel that can accommodate solo travelers, groups, and families in the Malate area, and it is very close to Robinsons.

i booked stunning studio near US embassy/grand riviera suites since i have PWD child but they cancelled my booking just 1 hour before check in (very unprofessional) so i did last minute booking for JMM suites before our flight since we have stayed here few years ago and the good thing was they gave us a 3 bedroom this time.the unit was really really good (unit 2908) except for the floor since my PWD does barefoot most of the time so all the dirt was visible maybe just some cleaning improvent on the floor but for adults its perfectly fine since we use their slippers provided. overall i highly recommend JMM suites.way better than hotels.

Actually came back to this property after a week when hubby and I traveled again to Manila. During our first stay, we booked for 4 days then supposed to transfer to Makati, but, there's something with JMM Grand Suites that particularly made me decide to stay and opted to extend for 2 days then another day, wherein we had to move to an available room that suits our budget and needs, which turned out to be bigger and with a better view from the 40th floor. Transfer was smooth and facilitated by Michael. Emman and Charles have efficiently assisted me (us) too and made sure that we are going to have a hassle-free stay. To sum it up, the front desk staff and other employees including the security personnel are attentive to their guest/s based from our experience for the whole duration of our stay. If you are checking in with a car, there's a parking space that comes for free on a first come first serve basis, so I suggest that you put it into note in advance for them to consider you on their priority list, otherwise, there's a safe pay parking at the nearby Robinson's Manila (mall) where you can also get your groceries and other supplies, though I'd personally prefer to park in the same building for convenience. Had the chance to go out for a good run at the stretch of Manila Bay too and cooled down at the in-house gym afterwards. Haven't tried their sauna but enjoyed pool side photo ops, which by the way, all strategically located in the same level with the gym. If you are still having second thoughts, I tell ya, now go ahead and book your stay at this property that has been our home away from home for a total of 11 days! If you have pretty high standards, might as well manage your expectations for the price that you are paying. It's a condo/hotel that provides your basic needs. Shower is good, bed is comfortable, kitchen (cooking/dining) utensils are provided for while you just have to have your dishwashing sponge and liquid, and oh, extra drinking water too --- could
