Had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. Their welcome drink - ice lemon tea is one of the best lemon tea tasted. The room is beautiful as per the images and the courtyard is a nice quiet area to chill and relax with the swimming pool. Great service staff at the breakfast restaurant in the morning. And across from the hotel is a mall with some good food like the bbq and there is a supermarket in the basement. If not, diagonally across from the hotel is the Asian Supermarket. The only thing that pull down my rating was the door to the bathroom and wardrobe was a little spoilt and can’t be closed properly. No one seem concerned to fix it.

The hotel was located directly opposite a mall with Starbucks, Dominoes and many various eateries. Also the staff were very pleasant and attentive. Hotel also provide tour options. Only drawback was that the hallway was gloomy and dark, rooms also were relatively spacious however slightly dark even with all the lights on.

The room is definitely spacious enough for my toddler to run around. However the pool is not toddler safe but apart from that is a very central area and it's a walking distance to a newly built mall should you want to buy fruits or eat your lunch elsewhere apart from the hotel.

Walkable to town (10 mins) and opposite shopping mall with supermarket and restaurants. Near to the river also. Pool was nice, if a little small. Breakfast not great and was very overcrowded when we went. But overall a nice hotel and I would recommend.

Great hotel situated in convenient location ”
Rooms are big, spacious and great value for money. Bathroom especially nice and powerful hot shower. Provides nice bathrobes. The air conditioning unit was loud at night and sadly it’s too warm not to use it. Breakfast is great and even changed the food selection on what seemed like our feedback on day 1. Staff were always friendly and happy to help. Swimming pool and pool area is very quiet peaceful and enjoyable. We’ve also stayed at the Avani hotel in this area on previous visit and this hotel is far better value for money.

Check-In on 1-May-2020 ; Check-Out on 3-May-2020 (3 units Luxury Room) 1.) The reception do not clear explanation the Free Massage on first day check-in. How many person per hour. We have pre-booked the massage 1 day before massage on 3-May-2020 morning 11:00am to 12:00pm for 5 persons that we have booked 3 unit Luxury Room. Unfortunately 3-May-2020 morning about 9:00am reception called and told us only 2 persons per 1 hour massage, the rest of people need separately by time being. This information don't reception need clear explained at our first day check-in, so everyone can manage to arrange the time? instead on the last minute? 2.) Under the bed, the floor full of dusty. The Seating Area Table do not clean well, still have stain found. 3.) Garden Whirlpools Bathtub are dirty, cleaner do not clean it before put the water.

Unfortunately the management is bad at this hotel! The facilities are beautiful, but they have a lot of minuses! Breakfast was very weak, i had to pay for espresso, i mean when a hotel said that is a 5 stars and when you pay huge amount of money, you want to be treated as a 5 star client! J7 is definitely not a 5 star, 3 at best. Though it is relatively newly build hotel, it is quite neglected. Breakfast is poor and not sufficient. If you cab opt without breakfast, do it. Just cross the road to the adjacent shopping mall. Do not leave credit card deposit, as it wont be refunded! I am waiting already for 3 weeks. Again, try to stay away.

Room was quite dark and some lights has spoiled. Inside the room got a lot of mosquitoes. Breakfast was also poor, not many options. I have to wait quite long for the checkout. There was no staff to check again my room but the receptionist just told me that “we are checking now”. After 15mins waiting then i went to my room and didn’t see any staff there. And the receptionist just said sorry. That’s a very bad attitude.

My husband and I recently stayed at J7 while in Siem Reap for our honeymoon. We had been, dare I say mislead by some hotel pictures in the past early on in our trip with hotels in Thailand so we weren’t sure what we were getting. J7 not only lives up to their stunning photos but it’s actually better! The hotel is beautiful with well appointed rooms, great restaurants, beautiful pool but the real stand out element is the staff! Every employee we encountered went above and beyond to provide the most stellar customer service! I can’t say enough good things about our experience! We absolutely loved our tuktuk driver Mr. Surat, if you can ask for him by name. He’s absolutely lovely and charges fair prices. We wish the staff at J7 a heartfelt thank you for making our honeymoon truly unforgettable!
