"I would like to say that is a good place to stay but is not too customer friendly! For example, helping with keeping the luggage until a bit later, as there are no coin lockers anywhere around that place or other places where you can store the luggage if it happens to have to go somewhere else until you change your location. I prefer the other hotels that I stayed during my visit to Japan ( and I wish to specify the Ark Hotel Kyoto and APA Hotel Asakusa Tawaramachi Ekimae were the best places), regarding the facilities and most important customer friendly! "
