Best sunrise spot”
I requested a room at higher floor and they gave me the best wing and the best room to enjoy sunrise just from the balcony. Thank you to the staff. Well, if you want to see the sunrise at the beach, you just need to walk a bit because the hotel has their own access to the beach.

This is the right place if just want to enjoy yourself in one place, despite the regular hotel facilities, you can find - The place for sunrise - The beach is just at the back of the hotel (they actually have several rooms or cottages which face the beach) - Many beachside cafes/restaurants to choose from morning to nighttime - Just a stroll away from the famous Tumblingan street where you can walk around with shops, cafes/restaurants on both sides.

Great Location & Value for Money”
We stayed in the tower where all rooms have a view of the beach. The rooms are a bit old style but spacious and clean. All rooms have a balcony. My bathtub was relatively new but some rooms still have old bathtubs and bathrooms in need of a face lift. The location is perfect for relaxing right on the beach in a quiet spot but it's still easy to get around to the other restaurants and tourist sites. The beach is clean and the pools are large. I have stayed here many times and always find the staff very friendly. The food and service is also very good. Overall great value for money.

Enjoyful vacation”
Actually, the hotel itself is closed due to revitalization. So we were transferred to the other hotel within the area, which is still the same group. We stay in Inna Beach Resort. The hotel is old. I'm not sure if it is their intention to keep it that way or if there is a budget issue. BUT the facilities are still working, AC is cold, hot water is working, the bed is comfortable and the rest is clean. The location is supercalm. I can reach to the other part in Sanur just by walking or by riding a bike. once again please bear in mind that the hotel/resort is old, but the staff is kind and helpful. value for money.

Major fire during our stay DONOT STAY ”
We were evacuated from the building because of a major electrical fire. We moved to the garden bungalows. 2 nd fire in under 20 years. We would never risk it again. This is a disaster waiting to happen.

Although the facility itself was very grand the room we were shown before booking was quite a bit nicer than the room we received at checkin. Yes we could of asked for another room but we got the room for a very good price and the items needing addressed were only cosmetic. Trim needed refreshed . Bed and pillows were comfortable.

The Grand Inna was an excellent place to stay with all facilities on the premises. An amazing pool/bar area and gardens and right next to the beach with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Noted, that although the pool water was clean, the tiles and edges need a good scrubbing. The staff are friendly and helpful and surprised us with flowers and cake for our anniversary, which was a lovely gesture. Room was clean and well equipped and the elevator service was very fast. Buffet breakfast was pretty good but found it odd that bacon was not served at all. Would stay here again.

Rooms spacious and comfortable with fridge and kettle. Great location on the beach. 10mns from many bars, shops. Best pool ever. Room service provided good value food and laundry service.. Staff (true anywhere in Bali if course) were lovely people. The only criticism l have is in regard to the bathroom. I stayed in this hotel last year and it was the same then. The bathrooms function ok though fairly basic, but they are in very poor repair - tarnished fittings, badly stained bath for example. But overall l highly recommend and would stay again
