Great hotel”
A nice surprise hotel - new and boutique. Close to my office, but not so close to town. Great rooms and facilities. I paid extra for room with balcony, but it was street-facing and very noisy. Next time I will just choose standard room for quieter night's sleep. Will stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised ”
The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean and organized (would be good to change our toilet seat, clean but old) The hotel isn’t super close to tourist things if that’s why you’re in town but it was pretty quiet. I expected a super awesome breakfast considering they have such a fancy restaurant but it was average. My husbands plate had too many random components. Overall we would be happy to stay again if in the area

This hotel may not be in the heart of the touristy area but it is in a nice area of Phnom Penh. The hotel is nice and have all the amenities, a nice cafe, a fitness and spa area, a pool, and a rooftop restaurant. On top of that the food is excellent. The staff is courteous and professional. Truly recommend this hotel.

I so appreciate all the staff at Indra hotel. They made my stay amazing. From the security guard who made sure I got into the right tuk tuk, everday. To the wait staff who called my room to offer room service if I did not feel like going to the dining room. The front desk who answered my questions and arranged my massage. The massage therapist who kneaded the soreness out of my calves, everyone was fantastic. I used the fitness room which is well equipped with newer equipment. You can smell lemongrass throughout the hotel. Lovely. The room itself had a comfortable bed and pillows. It was large, clean and modern. The tv channels had some static. I can hear some traffic noise and the water in the shower was lukewarm not hot like I like it but considering all the other wonderful things about my stay the pros definitely outweighed the cons.

This place is professional, clean, and pleasant”
Would recommend this place, the price and value for the service, cleanliness, and ambience are well worth it. The food is very delicious, both the Western and Asian styles (there are some things that don't taste well but this is not a food critique). Overall, my family loves this place. We had some friends and family visit us at this hotel and we ate here and they all like the food. The staff is so friendly and courteous. I like to give a special mention to Veasna, Dara, Srey Nach (trainee), Saura, the barista in the morning and the bartender at night (sorry don't have their names). Also the cleaning staff, they clean the room so well. Very satisfied. Will return here when I return to Phnom Penh.

Away from the really touristy crowd”
Indra is a local hotel but is not run down or cheap looking. It is well maintained, clean, and modern. Staff is friendly, professional, and courteous. The food at both the cafe and the restaurant are excellent and the quality and presentation are very nice. Only downside to the hotel is it is in a local area street where it can get very noisy. Not much views from balcony or from the rooftop area. However still very enjoyable.

What stood out for me was the kindness of the hotel staff. Going above and beyond the call of duty to make my stay an absolute pleasure. Shout outs to Samet, Dora and Heng who were exceptional.

I would absolutely stay here again. It's a really beautiful hotel and the staff are helpful. A couple of tips, (not negatives) if you stay here: 1- If you're vegetarian, the downstairs cafe is the place to go. The restaurant upstairs doesn't have any vegetarian options (2023), but there are plenty on the cafe menu. Double check open and close times as the cafe closes fairly early. Last order on a Saturday night was 7:30pm. (room service may be open later) They're happy to package your order for take-out too, if you want to bring something up to your room. 2- The tuk-tuk drivers, even guys local to the area, don't know this hotel well. It's right on a main road, but the entrance is a bit hidden by the greenery you see in the photos. There's a QR code on the back of your room key card that will bring up the location on Google Maps for them. I would additionally recommend asking the front desk to write the address and some basic directions in Khmer for you. 3- Drinking water is provided in the rooms, but know that in line with policies to protect the planet, it's in large glass bottles meant to stay in the room, not disposable ones you can take with you. It's a good idea to bring a refillable bottle with you for any trips out in the city during the day.

プノンペン中心地から離れているので少し不便ですが、その分ローカルな今のプノンペンを感じれると思います。朝食のプレート種類も多く、プールやフィットネス設備も充実しています。数十ｍ南の角にある屋外のレストランはすごくおいしいのでお勧めします。エリアのみんな優しいので落ち着いた時間を送れると思います。
