Great service at this hotel”
Great stay with a group of 10 people! They were able to accommodate a last-minute addition of a small child and even provided wheelchair accessibility. The room was spacious, clean, and overall fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!
A convenient and cosy place to stay”
It's very convenient, right at a bus stop. About 15-minute walk, or 2-minute bus to the infamous Ikaho Onsen Stone Steps and the Ropeway. Can enjoy onsen with no extra charge. Breakfast and dinner buffet are included. Cosy and clean room. Great value-for-money! Can also buy souvenirs at the shop at the lobby.
Pleasant stay”
The hotel is slightly old but the room is huge and there are a lot of amenities. They are arcades, game rooms, karaoke rooms, manga rooms and onsen. The onsen could be better but I'm not complaining. Location, about 10 minutes walk to the Ikaho stone steps but I rented a car so the distance did not matter that much to me. Staff is friendly although we were given a cold stare by a staff when we asked for extra towel as my husband forgot to bring his out from the onsen. The onsen was already closed and we could not retrieve it.
Value of money”
The staff are nice and facilities are clean
Service could be improved”
The staff wasn't so friendly. I felt like he didn't really like his job. The location was okay. About 10 minutes walk to the famous stairs.
