Good if you are on a budget”
The family room has all the expected facilities but all in a compact space. The bunk bed is high if you have very young children. The hotel looks run down and in need of refurbishment. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Downside-far from downtown Tanger

The price was expensive for a pretty much basic hotel over-all satisfactory I'd stay again if i got it cheaper. ”
Satisfactory I'd give it 3 stars i found the price expensive hygiene and rooms were to a good standard i would recommend you to stay but don't pay more than £35 as there's many other hotels similar or cheaper.

We have booked 2 rooms for one night. The hotel is rubbish. Both rooms smelled like urine. The elevator was nasty. I know it is a ibis budget, so you cant expect 5 stars. But i have never seen this in any country!

The worst hotel ever”
The Ibis Hotel is an abysmal hotel by any concievable standard. The staff have no desire to help you in any form or manner, and at times openly hostile. While the lobby is appealing and quite clean, the same cannot be said for the rooms. They have some of the room are vacant and have not window, but the paint job is peeling, the carpets are threadbare, filthy and smelly, and the bathroom that are located inside the bedroom have smells of feces. The room that I saw and booked online simply does not exist at this hotel, and, worst of all, the online review are fake and does seem to be altered. The hotel itself and this room failed to meet my expectations. Avoid this hotel, and unless you need to travel here look for the hotel next door, their staff were much more kinder and willing to help us, also the hotel is impecable and clean.

When we arrived we had to wait (after 15:00 hours check in) another 45 minutes. Then I had to ask for towels the room was not clean

Checking in took a lil longer. The Staff lady was awarded as Employee of the month although at first, she was not that apprehended on me. And manger had to intervene. The room was clean but we had to call the room staff coz the window won't open up. she was trying to do it, but she gave up. My husband was abit disappointed, we called the attention of the hotel receptionist yet they said, they can't do anything about it.

Stopped over for a night as my flight arrived late and my journey was gonna start the next day. Airport was relatively near the hotel but it still cost a good 150 Dirhams to get there. Breakfast was basic but good enough for about 4 USD. Rooms were relatively clean. Toilet door was a little flimsy and its one of those translucent doors. All in all still good for a one night stay.

Estoy acostumbrada a todo tipo de alojamientos, pero para ser un IBIS, deja muchísimo que desear. El espacio era claustrofobico, y el baño, mejor ni hablemos. Lo único bueno el personal, que hablaba inglés, eso es un punto. Pero por lo demás, muy mal. Por cierto, hubiera sido dormir sobre una colchoneta de playa o en el suelo. Lo dicho: no vayáis
