The room was quiet good, very kind and helpfull HK team. The hotel had a little AC issue that bothered me at the beginning but the FO team have indeed moved me to another room. The noise wasn't something i liked as well as the constructions near by that were so bad, plus the gaz station near by. The Front office staff okay, but the night shift receptionist Hosain or Mohsen wasn't professional at all and showed absolute disrespect and unhospitality during my whole stay and even on the checkout day, the front office assistant manager was a sweet lady and tried to manage the situation but the attitude and unprofessionalism that was shown towards me was really disappointing.

Poor reception staff especially lady with glasses and curly hair very rude charged me tax when I already paid for it through agoda states on my invoice. Air conditioning in this place doesn't work, my room was flooded with water when I took my first shower had to get someone round to unblock it and last but not least breakfast you have food trays which smell like if someone has thrown up on them and flies everywhere in the canteen. People trust me do yourself a favour and book somewhere near the beach as it will all most cost about the same if you factor in the taxis coming and going for this place for about a 7 night stay. It is 200 dirhams from the airport to this hotel & 30 to 40 dihrams in a orange meter taxi which you can just flag down on the road as you walk along make sure driver sets the meter back and is using the meter if not use another taxi.

Staff are rude and unhelpful. We had no air conditioning and they refused to swap our room”
Rooms smelled of damp and were unclean. The cleaners were not cleaning the rooms rather just swapping out bits for the next guest, clear signs. Staff are unhelpful even though we were polite. In the end we put it down to a lesson learned, you get what you pay for!! Do not visit!

Charged me tax when I have already paid for it through agoda. Air conditioning not working. Rude staff especially lady on reception desk glasses with curly hair. Room got flooded due to blockage. Poor breakfast not very hygienic food trays stink flies everywhere in canteen.

Je voyage un peut partout sur la planète, et je recommande cette hôtel,en couple,en famille ou seul,une bonne équipe qui vous accompagne parfaitement, téléphone, conseils, taxi,chambre impeccable, petit déjeuner choix multiple,croissant,pain français et marocain,huile d olive,confiture yahourt ,et même un restaurant juste a côté de l'hôtel, le personnel de l'hôtel vous réserve une table si vous le désiré ! ! Fourmis dans la chambre et salle de bain, tout est vieillot, sur internet on voit la piscine, arrivé sur place pas de piscine très déçu , publicité mensongère je souhaite être dédommagés . Seul avantage le personnel.
