I was recommended to stay at this hotel By Ms. Anna (Ibis Staff). We have our trust in her and decided to stay. We were welcomed by Ms. Anna with Teh Tarik Panas and Ice Teh Tarik..Oh man! It's my favorite! I'm impressed! They were very friendly, humble and informative. We felt welcome and they all treated us like a family. The food is superlicious..Sup Buntot didnt disappoint us at all. Thank you so much Ms. Anna, Mr. Suwardi, Ms. Nur, Ms. Dwi, Mr. Gelar, Mr. Deni (F&B Team), Ms. Desi, Ms. Cynthia, Ms. Putri (Front Office Team) and Mr. Andri (Maintenance). Wonderful service! The staff at the bar lent my husband his bike so he could go to ATM to withdraw some money. So helpful! The room was spacious and clean and the bed was so comfortable. Thank you Ibis pasteur!

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They allowed early check-in (depending on availability) and quickly settled ours, fuss-free. The room is clean and comfortable. The bathroom is compact and other amenities are just great. The food is good too. Overall, we had a pleasant experience with Ibis. Value for money even during holiday seasons / peak-season. I will definitely stay in Ibis Pasteur again in the future.

i am traveller with kids (adults) . love to stay in simple hotel - reasonable price - and good locations. rooms was clean - bathroom small but ok - breakfast not much variants but enough for start your day !

Room was clean,and what i love was,their room cleaning protocol : cleaners dont wear their shoes , i love it.. Becausw i have seen many 4-stars-up-hotel cleaning their rooms while wearing their shoes, how can they???!. But,ibis need to improve to clean details in the bathroom,small stains,easy to clean actually.but maybe ibis think its not important. Mirror in the room also actually very easy to be cleaned,but its still have stains. Staff were very polite and nice.they give my son a chocolate for free. Parking area was limited,but there was a free valet for every guest.
