Luxury, Elegance and Peacefulness”
After walking past the construction/renovation site on the beach walk for so many years, we have wanted to visit this property since it was remodeled. Under normal conditions, it is a bit above the normal price we are willing to pay, even for such amazing facilities, but due to the pandemic pricing, we felt the price was very affordable. What a delightful experience. We will return, even after the prices return to normal. Everything was of the highest quality, and the staff are second to none.

Great hotel with good location, nice room, great breakfast, staffs are attentive and friendly, love the ambience and surely love the ducks. Thank you Ms.Bonita at the reception, smooth check in and check out. Mrs. Sri and Mrs. Yuni at Pizzaria and last but not least Ms.Yessy for your attention, more than expected. Definitely going back. Great hotel overall with awesome staff”
The room was very modern with usb slots and high tech shower with two sinks and separate toilet room. Campus very spacious and peaceful with nice spots by pool and beach. But what did it for me is the amazing staff who were just so helpful that it helps melt the heart. Thank you.

A bit disapointing . Expect more for a 5 start resort in bai..”
The bad: The roof over the covered sitting area that opened into the garden leaked, so each time it rained, that part of the accommodation was unusable (and it rained each day) No cup, saucer, spoon etc. to make coffee, I had to ask for them. Not a big problem but expect better at the price. Fridge was empty. Why? We were looking forward to the highly rated buffet breakfasts but ala carte only "because of Covid". Maybe for a good reason (?), but should have been communicated on the website. Room was recently renovated. Low ceiling and plastic coated floor (like you see in canteens) was not up to a 5 star standard. The good: Great staff. Excellent dinning area looking out to the beach. We enjoyed feeding the friendly ducks that hung out in the very large garden.

Joyless Renovation”
Although there is nothing specific to complain about at the Bali Hyatt Regency, the renovation seems joyless and lacking in the magical Bali feeling. We have been to Sanur many times and walked by the fence blocking the Hyatt from the beach, wondering when, if ever, it would re-open, so this time we booked for one night. Although the gardens are lovely, the overall feeling of the place was kind of sad. Maybe it's just too big and corporate for my taste anymore. Please stay at the Puri Santrian or the Tanjung Sari, both locally owned. You'll enjoy your stay more.

2nd Visit, but Disappointed ”
This is a newish hotel in a good location in sleepy Sanur. Unfortunately, we were disappointed by our last visit. We expected the same cleanliness and service we received 6 months prior. The staff seemed friendly and smiley, but at the end of a week of endless issues (A/C broke 3 times, foul odors...) we were ready to leave. Before we checked out, they blamed our child’s diaper for the septic tank odor in the room (which is impossible since the smell was there all week). Oh, and the “Kid’s Club” is in a hotel room. There is only a small “kid pool” with a slide that has been “under repair” for over 6 months. We will not return unless they make some major changes.

Our entire property was actuallya cultural heritage seeing as it was the first International Hotel to be built on the island of Bali and most of the structures have remained the same since 1973 with several renovations to modernize the décor of the property have been put in place. It such a beautiful place ”
hyatt regency sanur is really nice hotel. the location is not center of sanur but, there are many nice restaurant nearby. steps are kind , room condition is really good. It has not been long since I finished the remodeling, so the water is very clean. I didn't get dirty at all in six days with my personal showerhead. the garden is wonderful that center of building . swimming pools were not crowded, beach side was very safety and clean. everything was very nice. The only regret is that there are so many mosquitoes in the room that I couldn't sleep at night. I thought that’s because, they opened the door when they cleaned the room, and when they asked to close the door when they cleaned, they quickly accepted it and did it.

I really enjoyed my 2-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Bali. The room was very clean, well-arranged, and aesthetically beautiful. If you look for a relaxed getaway, this hotel could be an option for you--both if travelling alone or with family. The hotel's garden and pool were amazing + the hotel has a direct access to the Sanur Beach.

Had a fabulous time at Hyatt Sanur & made even better by getting a great rate from Agoda for a club room. Hotel is great - food is reasonably priced & service is wonderful. The pools & gardens are great. Hotelnus in a fabulous location, right on the beach in Sanur which is now my fave part of Bali.

Bali Charm”
Great to finally have the Hyatt up and running in Sanur, stayed 4 nights and loved the resort on the beach but still has a jungle feel. Set on such a large site with large pool right on the beach. Fanatstic breakfast with mixed travellers with a balinese feel. Very nice room with helpfull staff, would definetly stay again if the price is right.
