Amazing family stay option in Candolim”
This is the best hotel with all resort facilities that a family will enjoy. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a sofa cum bed, capable of accomodating 3 adults and 2 kids. Hotel staff is very courteous and caring and ensures you will have no complaints throughout the stay. One can enjoy the swimming pool, indoor games, badminton, kids play area during the stay. Top notch cleanliness at all areas of hotel. You can feel the freshness the moment you step in through the main door into the reception. Breakfast spread is wide and you will also get a chance to enjoy local Goan delicacies everyday. We got a good deal via Agoda and we are glad we made this choice. Strongly recommend for the family.

Marvellous Stay”
I was here with my wife to celebrate her Birthday. Both of us have been so impressed with everything from warm reception, detailed explaination of services, handing over luggage at the room, house keeping, upgrade of the room with pool view at 1st floor is just spectacular. They also arranged for a customized cake for birthday celebration, which was just so beautiful gesture. The rooms are very well maintained, cleanliness is top notch. We loved the Veg Bŕeakfast buffet, all items. Especially the kachori was very delicious. It is a must have for food lovers. The breakfast buffet has wide range of options and you will surely love it. The game room is well maintained as well, pool, bow n arrow, dart, mini golf, foosball etc, we enjoyed all games. Overall, we Loved the stay and will highly recommend.

I stayed hyatt for 5 night with my family i enjoyed a lot Helping staff is quality of Hotel in evening staff come in room and asked any thing more you require like water tea coffee sachet etc.its superb Desk staff Toly is wonderful on my request she upgraded my Room with Bigger Room Pool facing with no extra charge. Also wonder when we reached in Midnight to our Room she kept Beer in ice Bucket Complimentary and note Enjoy Beer. This was fentastic. My stay at Hyatt centric has been the perfect stay I have had in a while. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, great staff that was helpful but not intruding. I was here for my 15th anniversary and I had a wonderful one day stay, which was peaceful, hassle free and gave me my much needed break. Beautiful property. Big, clean swimming pool, buffet with a lot of variety. I loved their desserts especially the tea cake. Loved my stay

I booked this hotel for a weekend trip to Goa. I feel this hotel is awesome. ambience was good, hygienic and neatly maintained. Breakfast was delicious with varieties in veg and non veg. my booking was included with dinner. though the dinner was served on table that included varieties in both veg and non veg. I liked the desert most in all the three days. Should have included more sea food in the menu, but served few sea food on demand. staff were very cooperative and help full both in hotel and restaurant. A guy named Vicky very nice and served very well with lots of explanation about the Goan food and seafood. Overall it was the best stay among all my previous visits to Goa.

We have stayed here for about 10 days, and we came in wanting to be rejuvenated after what has been a tough year for most of us. I am glad to say that we cannot have felt better, after the 10 days here all thanks to the wonderful staff at this hotel. Firstly I would like to congratulate the management for putting such a fine team in place which displays such empathy, enthusiasm and also processes in their service. We are deeply thankful to everyone who has served us some of them we haven't even seen (like the wonderful kitchen team which served us some of the best food) But for those which we have seen, we havent found a fault in a single place. Although special mention goes to a few who have stood out Shivani (relentless optimism might be the most apt word, she has been a blessing and moved mountains to make sure we have a great dining experience) Pankaj (incredible demanour, hard work, wonderfully amicable) Vinayak (he is always moving around making sure people in the activity and pool area are well served) Deepak & Abdul (thanks for making our room spotless every single time, even the handtowels were rolled perfectly) Cain (You made the entire checkin experience beautiful providing us options and making sure we had a room we loved) 6. Ravi, Aakarshita, Ruhi (Ravi is a complete team player, Aakarshita is super amicable - Taha likes her, Ruhi is ever attendant) 7. The entire kitchen team (very hard to find fault in the food, you’ll nailed everything from Conti, Mediterranean, Mexican, Asian, Indian, greek... with aplomb. Special mention for Heera and Shahnawaz for being available for feedback in busy hours) 8. Umesh (doubled up as a kid caretaker when Taha would be at his best outside) 9. To the entire servicing team at Grok (no wonder you’ll wear sports shoes whilst, i havent seen more prompt, enthusiastic and warm service anywhere else and one cannot put an act for 10 days - so kudos to you’ll for really doing an excellent job) 10. A really good star hotel in Candolim Didn't expected such high graded stay in Candolim - but this Hyatt Centric is above expectations Every night open air songs and music makes this place just unforgettable @@Pankaj is the most attentive staff and deserve the maximum stars for his great hospitality - I am writing this review mainly for Pankaj and Chef Praveen - who really cared for us. @Chef Praveen makes the stay with great food A word of cautions : when there is a private event at hotel - things starts little degrading in terms of other guest comfort - they get too much diverted to special event guests
