Best service and superb condition + location ”
Location: 5-10 mins walk to beach and popular places in seminyak like potato head, motel mexicola and bodywork spa (advance++ booking required though). Right beside Mrs sippy but yet quiet enough for good rest and away from the busy streets Service: tip top! Prompt responses via whatsapp, from cleaning request to enquiries and asking for help with recommendations and making restaurant/spa bookings via landline. Staff is always smiling and polite, ready to go above and beyond to make your stay better/easier (eg helped to install safety gate at staircase for my toddler, and coordinated toy rental) Cleanliness: very clean with daily housekeeping, will clear leaves from the pool too. Super thoughtful, provides water dispenser with hot/room temp water and even fills up a jug of water daily for brushing teeth as they are near the sea and tap water gets salty. Would be so perfect if brekkie option is back (kitchen temp closed), or if they partner with nearby cafe/ restaurant for room service. Kitchen can be slightly more equipped with knife, peeler, scissors etc. time to refresh some of your sheets/ towels too :)

A great villas for those looking to stay in Seminyak”
A good villa with one of the best location to be close to Seminyak beach. Room layout is good but lack of few amenities such as bowl, a couple more cooking pan, electric outlets. Other than that is fine, pak Irwan the staff is very helpful to ensure you get everything covered.

Comfortable but Smelly”
Villa is clean but the toilet smells like sewage. Water for bathing is salty and ruins one's hair. A comfortable place to stay with a variety of English channels to watch as well. Too bad I cannot get over the sewage smell.That being said, I stayed at Villa 5 and am not sure about the rest of the villas they have. We booked the hotel's massage. My husband chose Thai massage and they did not say anything when we made the booking. However, when the masseuse came, she said she cant do Thai massage on such a high massage bed and it should be a padded mat on the floor instead. We called the receptionist to send the padded mat but she said the villa does not have them. My husband had to settle for another type of massage instead. the masseuse were also not from the Villa itself (recognised their uniform) but outsourced from 1 of the massage places nearby. We paid 3 X the price when we could have walked less than 5 mins to the same massage place. Disappointed with this aspect.

Convenient location ”
It's a big villa for 2 pax. It's nicely done up, but might have been the effects of Covid, which made the place feel slightly run down. You can see the wear and tear from the outside to the inside. There were mould growing in the bathroom, as well as the swimming pool area. That said, everything else within the house was really clean and well kept. It's conveniently located to the main street and tons of food options available. Because it's near the heart of Seminyak, traffic congestion is normal, so f you're looking to go to the airport, please do plan ahead of time. The staff were really incredible, super friendly and helpful. As we had a late flight to catch, they managed to shift our check out time with a small fee involved. They also provided us with VIP passes to Finn's beach club, which was truly a great way to spend our last day in Bali. It's definitely a place worth staying based on the location and the price you're getting. Plus it gets you free entry Finns. It's comfortable enough to overlook the flaws of the place. Like what other guests have mentioned, their tap water is slightly salty, but Huu villas provide a water dispenser in the villa itself so you'll be able to drink from it.

Nice villa for couple ”
The location is good, alot of place to eat and shop within walking distance. The breakfast is nice and the food order from Sea Vu Play is really nice and highly recommend after long day outside. The villa has no facilities other then your personal swimming pool. The Privilege access treat as VIP Guest to Finns Beach & Recreation Club which is also the gym is not nearby. Once asked the staff about the gym and he told me is beside the hotel which is not. Overall is a good stay.

Our stay was very enjoyable. During the booking stage, our requests were answered promptly, and at check in, everything was well organized and staff were very welcoming. The villa is nicely done and simple, and has all the 5star amenities that you would expect. The beds are super comfortable. Throughout the stay, all the staff were very attentive and friendly, which made our short time there very enjoyable. Would have been even better if the pool was bigger, but this was a small issue for us, as our 17mth old daughter enjoyed herself thoroughly. Would highly recommend Huu Villas to friends and family.

Staff at huu villa are lovely and great , very professional , breakfast at the villa and everyday they give us complimentary dessert , the sea villa play resturant has many options pizza , sea food and salads , the location is perfect , lots of shops , resturants and bars are near and the beach is 10 minutes walk , I will definitely come back again to huu villa it's amazing

Truly an experience worth the money.”
The service was impeccable, the rooms were amazingly spacious and gorgeous, and the villa is located just minutes away from Seminyak Square. There are aplenty of sumptuous food around the area, and is near Pettitenget, a recommended restaurant on The Bali Bible. The Living Room is also located just directly opposite our villa. A disappointment about this place was their communications. I emailed them about a week and a half prior to my stay to arrange for a surprise for my partner. They did reply my first email, stating they would send a price list to me. But despite my continuous emails, I didn't get a response.
