Our room had all the necessary facilities for an enjoyable stay. A lot of storage space and even a stove top to cook if we felt inclined to. The place was very clean and had a lot of amenities! We were even provided with a mobile phone to help us in our travels.

Our room was facing the best view in Japan, MT FUJI! We couldn’t ask for more. Hotel is 2 minutes walking distance to a JR station which is very handy! Lots of restaurants nearby. The staff are very helpful and trustworthy too! Our room is cleaned everyday! With new sets of amenities changed daily. Highly recommended..

Perfect for Groups and reflected Japanese hospitality”
I was with Family and we got the room with 6 bunk beds - complete with everything you can think of from laundry, to utensils, to iron, etc. What made our stay exceptional is that when the housekeeping staff accidentally broke my charger - they replaced it with a brand new one (exact model) and fruit chocolates that made it my new favorite from Tokyo!

We really liked this hotel. Though it was one 2 min extra train ride, we had large room with amazing views of Mt Fuji. We had really clear skies. The rooms amenities were great. The breakfast is simple but well done! If we go back to Tokyo we would probably stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Really appreciated its location, super close to a variety of restaurants and the Okubo train station. We were glad it was slightly out of the main section of Shinjuku as it was a quieter area. The view of Shinjuku from our room was impressive and our Junior suite suited our family well (2 adults and 2 teenage children). We found the seperate toilet/shower/hand basin areas convenient for getting ready in the mornings and really appreciated having the both the washing machine and the provided breakfast, which was adequate. We frequently utilised the gym and small supermarket located right next to the building. The only criticism we had was that we found the room a bit hot at night even though we tried to turn the air conditioning down/off. Overall, a fantastic experience though and we would definitely recommend staying here to others.

Spacious room! We really enjoyed the view from the hotel room. Could see Tokyo sky tree and the train trains. Also walkable distance from Ōkubo station and shin Ōkubo station. The tv position was nice.. some other places are weird and can’t really watch tv from the bed. Would defiantly stay again!

Just around the corner from the Okubo station and very near to the Shin-Okubo station. Grocery store next door and many restaurants near by. Also, loved having a washing machine in our suite along with a bathroom that has a clothes drying feature

The only issue with the room was the sewer smell in the bathroom. That smell was a little annoying you want to check the sewer or see how you can eliminate that odor that is confined only in the restroom. Other than that top notch service from all staff members and personnel.

If u have a time, can easily walk to Shinjuku Station. Hotel to Okubo Station only 100m, ride 1 stop using Chou line then already at Shinjuku Very neat and confinient.

Hard to find something similar in Tokyo ”
Nice serviced apartment. Room was clean and big compared to the rest of hotels in Tokyo. We booked a 3-bed room and still can open 3 of luggage. Great location, just a couple of minutes walk to train station and lot of convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Definitely will be back when traveling there.

Nearest Subway station is okubo. A number of restaurants with a convenience stores nearby. Discovered a Korean street nearby. Room is big and cosy which can accommodate up to 6pax. It will be good if equipped with laundry detergent given that there's a washer/dryer in the room. Suggest to provide dishwashing detergent and sponge so that we could wash up after using the crockery too. Overall, it has been a pleasant stay for 7 nights.

clean room, convenient location as it is very close to the JR station. very smooth check in procedure. Room not very big, which is usually the case in Tokyo. There is a gym and ice making machine at the lobby area which you can use for free.

Very convenient location with lots of amenities and food nearby. Literally round the corner from Okubo station and one stop from Shinjuku. Hotel staff are helpful with helping us make arrangements for luggage delivery and bookings. Hotel has a laundry room for guests with washers and dryers. Our room had a great view of Tokyo which we totally did not expect!
