I have great hilday, with warm staafs. I can swimming at pool or at the beach, all in side area hotel, with facilitas hotel we don't have to go any where to do activitas while holiday. Start day with big breakfast at hotel, at night time if we need rilex and have fun with life music at the bar hotel. After passed day and need good sleep, Inna grand Bali Beach the right place . I recommanded if you need place for holiday, Inna Grand Bali Beach Hotel best choice, because what we need are there.

Stayed only one day here but will definitely stay here the next time we visit Bali. Fantastic location on the beach surrounded by lush Balinese gardens. Booked the regular Garden-Wing room (147), but was surprised by it's size and inclusions. The room was clean, well-maintained and the bed felt bigger than King sized bed. Though the Garden-Wing rooms are a few meters away from the beach, they have their own swimming pool (147 is just opp the pool) and are much quieter. All rooms are thoughtfully placed close to their three swimming pools. Restaurant is placed right on the beach and serves great breakfast, lunch & dinner. The hotel even rents bicycles for IDR 40.000/day so that you can enjoy the great 7km bike path along the beach. Only negative comment is that the reception couldn't provide us with the massage/spa prices and asked us to find out ourselves by walking to the other side of the hotel; not a huge issue because the best massage we had in Bali is located just few door away (Respati Beach Hotel).

I had a great stay in Sanur Beach Hotel. Staff were super friendly. Everyone we met along the way greeted us with a big smile. Our suite room was real big. Although hotel is old with older furniture, they more than made up for that with a very well maintained & clean room. Private beach was awesome. Olympic size swimming pool was superb. Breakfast area was huge with a great view as well. Some good choices. Nothing bad to say about the hotel. If they can upgrade the furniture, think this will become a much better hotel. Overall totally enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I only moved to Sanur after spending 3 nights in Kuta. Due to the continuous rain & dirty beaches in Kuta, I thought my trip to Bali was ruined till I moved to Sanur Beach Hotel. The place was just amazing. Wished we could have spent more time in Sanur though. I will highly reccomend this hotel to anyone. Was well worth the money. They had this Spa place which looked like really good although very expensive, but I couldn't try it out as they were fully booked.

Maison Aurelia turned out to be a very pleasant surprise for us. We did not expect much because we didn't see a lot of reviews prior to booking. It was newly built. The interior was very stylish and elegant. The rooms were spacious and very clean. They pay a lot attention to small details. The laundry bag, slippers, bathroom kit were all of good quality. The staff were polite, efficient and alert. They also provide their guests with passes to Sanur Beach Club and offer a free pick up service from the hotel to the beach with a nice van plus driver. The only thing they need to improve on would be the limited menu for the complimentary breakfast. However, this is such a minor thing compared to over all customer satisfaction. We are definitely going back! Maison Aurelia gives five star service for the price of four. Keep it up!

we had a 2 week vacation booked. 1 week in bali and 1 week in koh samui. our first week in bali was about relaxing. our daughter was 4 & 1/2 and our son 16months. we booked a 2 bedroom appartment, which was huge. master bedroom was ensuite, separate family bathroom, and then open plan dining room and lounge... plus separate kitchen and good sized balcony over looking the pool/gardens. it was perfect for relaxing and the resort well contained. it had some basic facilities for my daughter, an area where children can colour and play games supervised - indoor video games, pool table etc, and one large waterslide in a separate pool, which the children didnt tire of the food was good, and not over priced. all food could be ordered to the room and was prompt. staff were friendly, and we had breakfast at the hotel every day. the hotel is on a bit of a main road, and the walk to the beach around the narrow back streets is about 15-20mins... and pavements a bit dodgy if you have a push chair. but its do able. the cab from the hotel to the beach is 30k inr, which is about £2gbp. if you get a meter taxi back its about 10k inr, about £0.66gbp!! so although the taxi is more from the hotel, its not bank breaking. the hotel cab to the airport, or seminyak is comparable to the meter taxi coming back. about 80k inr. sanur has a nice beach front with a good promenade along the side of the beach in the shade. you dont get as hasstled as you do in cuta or seminyak to buy things on the beach, and we really liked it. a little more family friendy. so if you want a big appartment that is easy and family friendly, with separate room for the kids that pretty well self contained... this is great. we would use it again! if you want a beach front place, you wont get it with this place, but for its size etc, is great. i am not sure you can get anything like this on the beach front for this price...

We loved our stay at the Inna Sindhu Beach Hotel. The staff we very courteous and friendly. We had a lovely room with a great view of the beach (However, not all rooms have this but they have lovely views of the gardens and pool) The building and rooms are a bit worn, however we did not mind this as the value for money was very good. The rooms were very clean and the beds the most comfortable we have experienced in hotels anywhere. The pool was very clean, the water warm and it wasn't crowded. Pool and beach towels were always readily available. We loved the restaurant which was open and beside the boardwalk along the Sanur beachfront. We could see the beach and beach activities from our table. The restaurant was very good value for money, the steaks were tender, other food was also good and the restaurant staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. We thought the hotel was very well situated in Sanur being close to the beach restaurants and activities (more activities than further south or north along the Sanur coastline). The beach was very clean and sheltered, seemed safe for children. You could hire bicycles locally (in the street of the hotel). We intend to return as we were very pleased with our holiday.

I booked Akana based on being nearby to a convention. This was my first time staying at this end of the Sanur strip & I throughly enjoyed the location. The Staff at Akana were very helpful, cheerful & professional. Thanks to Eleesa & all the team for making my stay very welcoming. My flight arrival was abnormally delayed - as well as a unusually longer Customs backlog. I would not of been surprised had the pre arranged Hotel transfer cancelled given the length of delay. However my Driver was waiting patiently in the arrivals hall - again thank you so much. I stayed in the ground floor pool access room & found it very comfortable, roomy, clean & functional including breakfast. I will definitely stay at Akana again because this is my favourite end of Sanur. Restaurants aplenty to choose from, a major grocery store chain less than 10 mins stroll away & several smaller vendors between. Beach access is easy & Akana have their own allocated sun lounges/umbrellas. 5 stars - thank you

Wow just wow..... Great location near to great bars, restaurants and the beach. Although if you don't fancy leaving the hotel you wouldn't be disappointed excellent food, great musicians, great staff but by far the best thing is the rooftop bar, restaurant and pool. Great views of the ocean, Sanur nice breeze to cool the heat of the day down but if thats not enough just jump in the pool and relax. The room was very good plenty of space, great bathroom and good balcony. I think It is a relatively new hotel and I'm sure it will gain in popularity and hopefully it will still be very well priced when this happens I can't think of anywhere else in Sanur that I would like to stay.

All in all this was one of our best hotel experiences...period. The staff of Kejora Suites are great. Very helpful and warm, they really made us feel welcome. The adjacent restaurant, The Glass House, is a great place to dine. In addition, this hotel is close to the beach and close to many shops, stores, boutiques, restaurants and cafes in the Sanur area of Bali. Moreover it is a reasonably priced taxi ride from many other areas of Bali (i.e. Kuta) worth visiting. Close to the city atmosphere yet very quite. You could sit poolside and look up at the stars, take a walk on the beach or enjoy the local nightlife. We could go on an on about the amenities, benefits and perks that come with staying at the Kejora Suites. Simply put...if you are staying in Bali, especially Sanur, stay at Kejora Suites as you will not be disappointed.

we have stayed here before and returned as it is such good value: (booked through agoda for best price) swastika bungalows is set just off the main street close to beach,hardy's supermarket,a plethora of cafes,shops,restaurants and bars. once inside the hotel we experienced a nice welcome & quick check in to a large room with air conditioning & working fridge. bathroom was old fashioned, but clean & everything worked. all the staff were friendly, helpful and most considerate to our needs: asking for a kettle and cups in our room. the pool chairs & fountains were ok, but might need updating sometime in the next decade. both pools were very clean. there was a peaceful ambience about the place as most of the other guests were older & european & very well behaved. last but not least - the massages we had in salon were great. cost between $7 & $12 - very professional masseuses, who gave us hot ginger tea before we floated out. the only downside to the swastika is perhaps the basic breakfast. egg station was ok, but it would have been nice to have yoghurt & some cereal / savoury / salad offered. just brought my own yoghurt in after the first day. that and the coffee which i suspect was nescafe in an urn. there were many pastries / sweet bread & some indonesian style food available though - so i guess i'm just too picky :) all in all it was really good value, and always a pleasant place to come back to.

Happy :) the hotel is great.. I think this is the best or one of the best hotel in Sanur.. The hotel itself is beautiful and the accomodation is very cheap? However Sanur is not a perfect place if you wat to go to the beautiful beach.. The beach in Sanur is for masses and bery public ( u can not even wear a swim suit, or worst you cannot even atay long at the beach beacause sand is not fine, and as ive aaid very public..

We had e very nice stay here. Very nice modern room with all conveniences. Beautiful bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Good free wifi. Located at the beach without big waves because the reef is far from the beach. Hotel has nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast was not included with our booking and is quite expensive in the hotel (130.000 rupia / $ 13 pp), so we had a very good breakfast across the street at Flames for 65k pp.

we loved our stay here so much so that we wanted to extend our stay and cancel our other booking at a hotel in kuta. astana pengembak is located in sanur just off jalan ngurah rai by pass and jalan danau poso which is a continuation of jalan danau tamblingan(the main strip for hotels and eating joints in sanur). after being to bali many times and staying and visiting various locations throughout the island, we have come to conclude sanur is the best place to stay while holidaying in bali. the hotel bedrooms itself are built and furnished to a 5 star standard. we had our best nights of sleep here as it was quiet and the bedroom was very comfortable. our one bedroom suite even came with a furnished kitchen and cooking facilities. being on the ground floor, we had direct access from our bedroom to the swimming pool. the pool itself is more of a lap pool but it's big enough to accommodate many. the breakfast was a set breakfast choice between continental, american and indonesian menu. while some may find the breakfast a bit on the small side, it allowed us to enjoy other culinary on offer in bali without feeling stuffed from a normal buffet breakfast. on the negative side, one may find the hotel's location a bit secluded and far from the main action strip of jalan danau tamblingan or the beach. we didn't have a problem as we hired a car throughout our stay. however, given bali's relatively cheap taxi fare, this matter could be fixed easily. we will definitely return to astana pengembak for our next visit in 3 months’ time.

Grand Inna Bali is true to it's name. This Matron is spread over around forty hectares ( inclusive of golf course), along Sanur Beach There is the high rise: the Grand ( offering sea view rooms), then The Garden and the Resort with leisurely spread bungalows. There are few swimming pools, bars and restaurants to choose from. The Service is nice, swift and attentive. Sanur Beach with dozens more restaurants, is at your doorstep. Local shops, markets, cheep eateries, massage and beauty shops are 5 minutes walk away. We stayed at the Resort; in a comfy bungalow surrounded by pretty gardens. I spoke to many guests who have been staying here every year ( some have been coming here for 15+ years ). Breakfast is excellent, location is great, Service is top, value is unsurpassed. We stayed for a week and came back a week later ( after some islands exploring ) and we will stay here in future; this is a nice home away from home. Great area with fabolous plenty flower and tree, location were amazing, close to airport, denpasar down town, sindhu market, jazz and grill bar, also surrounding with great restaurant and bar along the beach with cheap price, hotel is front of the beach giva a plus, you can whach sunrise when enjoy breakfast, breakfast good to with many kind of american and continental menu, staff give their best to serving guest,very kind and profesional with smile, excellent service, we feel like we are a king and queen here, quite atmosphere and ambience give us comfort and want to stay here more and more, clean room with good facilities make it a place like a paradise, hotel has big swimming pool adult and children, beach also clean too, white sandy sanur beach very calm and safe given us a unforgetable memories, we definitely will return in nearly, hotel very recommended and we give 10 of 10 star for this hotel,thank you Inna Bali Beach Garden

Staff were so friendly and helpful, beautiful garden, Balinese style with thatched roof, massive room, huge balcony - private and great comfy chairs, great price. Swim up pool bar. Internet at Lobby. Very comfy bed. No mosquito problems. Location is fantastic - walk down the driveway and turn right to find array of resturants, keep walking up past the Hyatt to get to Hardy's supermarket, Star Cafe (must go - is western food but very very good). This is the best place i have stayed - have been to Bali 7-8 times, and stayed several months, many different hotels/villas. Can't beat this place for value for money.Ask for an upstairs room to get the view of the garden/pool and the great balcony. Cheap but very nice, i will be staying here again next trip to Bali.

This was our 7th visit to Bali and Ari putri was the best hotel to Date .Value for money ,service and comfort . It was our first visit to Sanur and much quieter than Kuta and Legion .The Hotel is Just across the road from the beach and the board walk with all the lovely bars and restaurants (walk through the hotel opposite ) The room was smaller than described on the booking site but it was clean and tidy ,with a very comfy bed .The room service was great ,best hospital corners I've seen on any bed outside a hospital .The air con system and fridge worked very well .I was loaned a kettle and cups so I could have my morning tea in bed . The breakfast room was on trend and the selection of breakfast was lovely ,There was something new everyday. .The restaurant is attached to the hotel is pretty especially at night when lit up .We enjoyed a lovely evening of entertainment there and selection and price very good . There is also a coffee shop off the pool area that did very good coffee

have stayed here many times. much cheaper than beach hotels, good restaurant, 10 mins easy walk to beach & 5 mins to shops. excellent warung just round the corner (chef really knows spices) &, next door, a big, lovely lady (bloody mary?) who'll give you a hug and sell you cheap beer etc. hotel facilities simple but v. good including pool, bar, tv, beautiful garden & a singing room cleaner (sometimes)

A lot of restaurants nearby and about 5 minutes walk to the beach. Hotel room was in a great condition in terms of cleanliness though the bathroom was abit smaller than expected but it was okay. Staffs are friendly, and we stored our luggages at the hotel for 1 night at the reception (without getting charged) while we stayed in Nusa Penida for 1 night. Swimming pool was closed for maintenance purpose. Breakfast was great but we were in a rush so we had takeaway breakfast and staffs were really nice and did whatever they could so we didn't miss our free breakfast.

great stay here, pool great with tropical garden, standard room large without safety box and not noisy enven if close to main street. beach 5' walk: take the hotel street just in front of puri sading. restaurant offers good value for money than others in sanur. u can also try flashback's guesthouse close which is different but also great (more traditionnal design). beach not the best to swimm, only high tide. great walking beach. seems good place to explore islands near and water sport.

Nesa Sanur is in a perfect location, really close to restaurants, shops and short walk to the beach. Pool great for those who want some shade. If you are a sun worshipper there is limited opportunity to sun bake for extended periods beside the pool, only a couple of sun beds are in the sun for part of the day - this suited us though. You can get a bemo (local shared van) up and down the strip for 5000Rp (approx 50cAUD) which we used on the odd occasion in the heat of the day, but other options exist closer to the hotel within minutes walk. Restaurants highly recommended: White Orchid - main strip to the right 100m (although more expensive, but with entertainment/live music) Mona Lisa - main strip to the left 500m El Concodor - main strip 100m to the left, quite cheap and huge range (we ate here 4 times) To go to the best part of the beach - go to left on main strip approx 350m and go down lane way at Cafe Smorgas at the end turn left. Many restaurants and some stalls

After a choppy, sickening boat ride from Gili T, it was a relief to check into the Parigata Resort & Spa. This place is beautiful -- sculptures, flowers, a waterfall feature pouring into their lovely pool. Everything was gorgeous. Our room was the best of our trip -- comfortable bed and pillows. Fruit awaiting our arrival. Rose petals strewn into our bathtub. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. Upon check-in we received a free 30 min massage voucher -- which we used as partial payment for an hour long couples massage that was absolutely fabulous and just the right way to relax on the last day of our trip. The restaurant in the hotel was also very nice -- we ended up eating 3 meals there and all were of excellent quality. A quick, 4 minute walk gets you to the beach if you felt like swimming somewhere other than the pool. My only complaint is we didn't get to spend more time here

The hotel suited me. Not many frills, but everything I needed. (except - not that it mattered that much - no English language tv channel). The hotel is slightly tucked away down an archway, but there is a sign outside. BE WARNED: Agoda booked me into the Svarna Hotel, but google somehow automatically marked it up on my Google map as the Sanur Beach Hotel in a slightly different location. Google cannot be persuaded it has got things wrong! I spent a little time looking for the hotel in the wrong location. The hotel does not serve breakfast, but has an arrangement with the neighbouring Swastika Hotel 20 metres down the street. Breakfast is served in a cloister next looking out on the Swastika Hotel garden and pool. A great location for a very adequate breakfast. I loved the setting but was glad I was staying in the more modern Svarna. So overall, for me: good. Compact, modern and comfortable. Just make sure it's not raining when it's time for breakfast!

Our stay at the Mentari Sanur was very relaxing! It has a great pool. Rooms are Bali basic but clean. There is no tea or coffee in rooms so you can order through the restaurant - but with the 21 % Govt taxes - it is expensive. There are so many little places along the street and beach which are beautiful and cheap! This time around we bought a $6 electric jug and cups from Hardys and used those. But we would have to recommend Luhtu's - its a great walk along the beach of a morning for breakfast and you can get a massage there or stroll back towards the Hotel and have a great one at AYU spa - these people are the best - long relaxing massages very cheap.... For shopping you always have a million little shops to barter at or if you are over it and just want great stuff at a good fixed price you can't beat Tootsies!!! If you are in town around Hardys you can always get a fantastic meal at Swastika One accom & restaurant. The Mentari has awesome beds, hot showers and very friendly staff - the three most important things we look for in a hotel. The fourth of course would be price! There rates I see off the street are $105 a night including breakfast - if you're paying that you are getting ripped off. we paid just $38 a night through Agoda (no breakfast - far cheaper at the local diners). The beds I said were awesome - they are the size of 2 Aussie doubles joined together...wow. At this stage I should say that Sanur is an older persons place with a quieter night life than say Kuta and a much slower pace than Denpasar itself. Hope where ever you stay you have a great time in Bali.

Hotel Palm Garden is in a perfect location, two minute walk to Sanur Beach, shopping and restaurants just around the corner. When I checked in, I was greeted with a yummy glass of cold juice. I was two hours early and was going to wait in the lobby for my room and they had it all ready. That was nice! It set the tone for a good stay. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, there are rock/stone pathways to each room, the pool, the restaurant. Beautiful flowers everywhere. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. I decided the beach was too crowded for me so I stayed at the hotel pool and just relaxed there. There was such a good feeling being at the pool at Hotel Palm Garden and being in Bali, it just felt right. Now, one thing, when you enter the rooms, it's a little bit of a concern because they are very dated. However, they were spotless and big and there were men there all day long tidying up the grounds and the rooms. I will for sure stay there again when I'm in Bali.

Great Hotel, centrally located.... walk to beach couple mins, access to all amazing restaurants there. Very short walk other direction to shops, excellent shopping and restaurants. Very close to ATM, pushbike hire, massages. Superb location. Very well maintained hotel. Superb grounds. We had large suite room, air con, heaps of space... very clean and maintained daily. Breakfast was included... delicious and fresh. Pool was perfect. Couldnt fault this hotel. Great value for money in an ideal position. We will be back!
