"Our holiday plans have been cancelled at the very last minute due to the Covid-19 situation here in Singapore. So I decided for a staycay and booked a deluxe room at the hotel to spend time with my family and keep the holiday mood going. I did not expect anything much as I have had room issues before when I was staying at the hotel last May. Much to my surprise, the experience this time exceeded my expectation. When we arrived at the hotel, we were being greeted by friendly staff who assist us with the check in process. There were also free popcorn and ice-cream for hotel guests to enjoy while waiting at the lobby for room to be allocated to them. Staff were so friendly that we casually chat about my holiday plans and also about the room I had previously. Surprise no. 1 - We were being upgraded to a family room after knowing about our last experience with the hotel. We we thrilled and couldn’t thank the hotel enough for it. "Had this hotel to relax during the holidays from the bustle busy life and it sure does it. The environment was very relaxing and it calms one down. It's just beside the Universal Studio Singapore, one of Singapore's main attraction and many other attractions such as Sea Aquarium. The check in and check out process were fast and there is the nuts and drinks as welcome pack which taste really good! Always have that in the morning without fail."

"Hotel just opened for Business in April, 2019. Located in Sentosa island, within 10 mins walk to the Universal Studios and casino. Has common swimming pools with the Village Hotel next door (same management). Breakfast was included in the price.
Recommend for couples. For family with chidren, the Village Hotel would be a better choice."

"My one night stay is fantastic on 9th Feb 2013. Our check in was quite quick at that day.
However, thhe room is quite a hike from the reception. I like the aroma smell at the lobby and lift lobby..
The deluxe room is very spacious and there is a lounge sofa in the room. Balcony (we were on the 5th floor) view was of Adventure Cove Waterpark, harbour, cable cars and as well as Vivocity, great view to wake up to in the morning. But there's only one chair at the balcony.
The toilet has two basins and a glass panel which can be covered at the flick of a switch and separate cubicles for shower (rain shower provided) and toilet. However there's no hose pipe at the toilet! Bath tub can fit one person comfortable and it comes with a headrest as well. There is a flat screen TV in the room (but there's no Malaysia channel, for example TV1) and one in the bathroom but no movie channels.
Yes it is a bit off the track from all the action at universal studio and the rest, but its no big deal as there is a regular shuttle going to all the other hotels and with a connection to Universal Studios etc. We didnt really try the food at the hotel except for the buffet breakfast which was so-so.
The Needs Improvement (in order of major to minor gripes)
The hotel really has nothing in terms of amenities save for a pool, and even that seems like it was reluctantly included. The pool itself is lovely but seems to have been built for the pool villa guests only and hotel guests are not really welcome there. I say this because there are no signs showing you where it is, There are also no attendants only a pile of towels left in a gazebo (not really 5 star stuff issit?). Worse still there is no path to the pool, guests have to walk on grass to get to the actual pool. There are only 2 gazebo at the pool side. One with seats and the other, no seat.. only a pile of towel left at the desk. It's rain heavily and I pity the kids as we are standing at the gazebo with no seats."

"Excellent location for seeing all the atractions Sentosa has to offer. If not you can always chill out on the beach just across the hotel.
The tram which stops outside the hotel takes you all around the park absolutely free.
Hotel is located directly across the street from beach and less then a five minute walk to numerous clubs, bars, restaurant, mcdonalds, seven eleven, I-fly singapore and the sentosa beach tram (stops include the Singapore casino, Universal Studios Singapore and Vevo City)"

"staying in One 15 Marina Club is relaxing because the hotel staff are helpful and the room is very clean and tidy. the surronding is beautiful and peaceful so we can enjoy a nice holiday in there. When we first arrived on 17/6, helpful staff can greet us by calling our name as they are well prepared for our stay.
However, the hotel stated that they need to charge us on the dinning service when we are checking out on 19/6, and we ask some more detail, then the front desk lady told me that it was billed on yesterday evening (18/6)
I said it would definnetly not us becasue we went out to Universal Studio the whole day and went for dinner in Vivo City. We came back late and took the hotel 2230 shuttle bus in the Hourbour front station.
At that time we were in a hurry becasue we have bought the Sentosa 1 day pass and we would like to enjoy the day so we decide to keep the luggage and would rule out the problem when we came back.
However things went dramatically changed since we stated that we would surely not able to take the meal there, the staff changed the charging reason as third person breakfast, because of the hotel policy there are only extra bed for the third visitor and the breakfast was not be inculed.It was not something about paying money, but this made us feeling have been cheated becasue no one told us we have to pay for the third person breakfast after we have paid for the extra bed , and the agoda reservation section was stating that breakfast was include.It was ok for us to pay if they stated that earlier such as when we check in or in the first morning breakfast. So that we can decide to take or leave the third person to have her own breakfast with something else.
However, when we are checking out at 09XX 19/6, you stated that there are SGD 3X are charging for the dinnig service for 18/6 evening , how come when we got back in the evening , the story changed to the extra breakfast.
No staff told us we have to pay for the extra, and now charging us"

"Our family lives in Singapore and just wanted a quiet retreat far a way from the city. Sentosa Resort and Spa set at the eastern end of the island was exactly what we were looking for. If you just want to get a way from it all, this hotel fits the bill. It's a fair distance from the main attractions such as resort world and universal studios (10 minutes via the complimentary shuttle bus) but is just a 5 minute walk to a couple of small "beaches". The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle service to nearby VivoCity.
We chose to enjoy the hotel facilities and the gym and pool did not disappoint. My husband and daughter said the gym was the best they have ever used. Equipment is high end and easily accessible. The pool is a "swimmers" pool at 33 meters long. It has a designated lap lane and one long side of the pool is shallow while the rest is deep. There is a pool bar serving drinks and snacks from 11 a.m. and a casual restaurant with pool views
We did have an issue with the first room we were shown but manager worked with us to make sure we were not disappointed. We had originally booked a Deluxe room which allowed an extra bed in the room for our 16 year old daughter but when we arrived we found the room was much smaller than expected and the extra bed could only be accommodated by moving other furniture out of the way. The management agreed to a complimentary upgrade and arranged for expedited cleaning of a "family room" which was really two rooms connected by a small foyer and shared bathroom. This made all the difference in being able to enjoy the hotel experience and we will definitely be return customers. if you are traveling with children (young or old) the family room at Sentosa resort ad Spa is the perfect accommodation."
