Hotels near The Medical City

I chose this hotel because of the free Spa access included when you book a room. I wanted to surprise my husband and it was a success! We both really had a great time! We arrived at 2:30PM and after putting all our stuffs to our room, we got our change of clothes and went down to the spa. We stayed there for 2 hours and enjoyed the hydrospa and the herbal pool. We loved it!!! At 6PM we went to Sky Garden on the 8th floor and had the 8-course meal (i bought the voucher from Metrodeal). Foods are fantastic! Also thanks to our waiter Benjamin for making our dining experience memorable and for giving us a 5-star quality service. At 8pm i took my husband at The Nail Spa Lounge (2nd Flr), got his fav foot-spa with Mani-Pedi done. Then at 10:30pm, i took him to Regent Spa and had a 2-hour Foot & Body Massage at their Premier Room. It is a serenity! The next day, we got up early to not miss breakfast, there are various choices for Asian and Continental cuisine. Foods are delicious. All in all, this hotel is a great find! And because we fell in love of this place, we are taking the whole family this saturday. Kudos Ace Hotel&Suites!

The hotel is located in close proximity to the SM Mega Mall and less than 2 miles from The Medical City (TMC) Hospital. So if you are going to be seen at the TMC, this is a convenient place to stay. The street fronting the hotel is quite busy, especially during peak traffic hours. I felt secure at the hotel and never worried about my safety. The room that I got was very clean and everything worked the way it should. Be warned that the internet services at the hotel is for a fee (around $10 USD). The free breakfast that is provided is okay and the variety is not bad. Don't look for top level variety and quality-you get what you pay for (free).

I am an OFW and was booked in another hotel in the same area however I need to extend for another day due to some medical purposes and the hotel that I am currently booked is already full. I looked for hotels nearby for my extension and found this hotel. Upon checking in, I was delighted and pleansantly surprised!!! The hotel is spanking new, the staff are super friendly and accommodating, and the room is hip , comfy , new and clean with complete facilities. They even gave us a surprise welcome gift! Its totally relaxing to stay in this hotel and I was dumbfounded realising that I should have booked here for the entire duration of my trip! I will be back soon! This hotel is also walking distance to Robinsons Galleria and maybe 15 mins walk to SM Megamall and Podium.

i chose crowne plaza galleria hotel mainly because of its proximity to the medical city as i had some business there, but was pleasantly surprised by its great location and its proximity to robinsons galleria which was directly connected to the hotel. the room was spacious with big mirrors in both the room and the bathroom, and the bathroom came with separate shower stall and bathtub. the tv was a little small for the size of the room and slightly dated (crt instead of the commonly seen lcd nowadays), but the selection of channels was pretty decent. its proximity to robinsons galleria mall next door meant that one doesn't have to take a taxi to travel to other areas for food or some shopping and risk getting caught in the traffic jam. i took the promotional rate without breakfast and internet as i had early meetings in the mornings. it would be great if they can provide complimentary internet access which would make it an excellent choice for business travel.

My family (mom, sister, and a toddler) and I stayed at Richmonde for one night last August 26 - 27. It was an advance birthday treat for my mom as well as to take advantage of that long weekend. I booked the deluxe room with 2 single beds. It included breakfast for two, free parking for 1 vehicle (you're just gonna have to find a slot. it's a first come first parked basis), a cable TV, Wi-Fi access for two devices, mini fridge with complimentary bottled water/s and some beverages you can purchase, hair dryer that we didn't use, three bath towels I think, and a couple more small ones. I love that there is always hot and cold water even in the bathroom sink. The room is well-lit and well-air conditioned. Our room was at 22nd floor so we were overlooking at the city from our window. The beds and pillows were so soft and comfy that we didn't leave the room/our bed on our first day. We swam the next morning and the water's perfectly steamed. We had a superb breakfast buffet afterwards that I enjoyed the most. It was actually the highlight of our stay. Food were all delicious, no dull ones. I think I've tried almost everything. They didn't have hotdogs though, but they have bacon, beef tapa, egg, and so much more! Our favorite was the leche flan. It was not too sweet at all but still tasted so appealing that I've come back to the buffet thrice! My mom wanted to extend our stay because she wanted to prolong her stress-free days, lol. I was glad I just booked a hotel that's only 30-minute (or less) drive from home. We all had a great time. The only thing I would recommend though is, for the management to install bidets in their toilet. It's like the first thing you're gonna need. I don't know why they still don't have it. Howover, it didn't take the vibe away and I still recommend Richmonde Hotel Ortigas! (thumps up)

When I travel to a new city and not sure about the standards in hotels, I prefer to go with mid-range hotel chains, like Mercure for example. Mercure Manila Ortigas facilities looked much better value for price than most hotels in this price range and area - comfortable bed, great bathroom facilities. The hotel occupies some of the floors in a tall business building, so the reception area and the floors with rooms are a bit disconnected, but staff is very approachable and helpful just a call away. The building concierge downstairs is helpful with pulling an uber or a taxi. The location is excellent for business, shopping or leisure (hip eating area Capital Commons and Kapitolyo is a short ride away).

As a frequent traveler to Manila, I have stayed at several hotels in the area. The Privato is, by far, the best hotel for the money. It is located in Pasig and near to several malls including the Mega Mall, plus tons of great restaurants and easy access to Ortigas. The staff couldn't be better. From check in, to room service, to elevator operators and support staff, to all management. Just awesome. The rooms are relatively spacious, the bedding very comfortable, bathrooms are laid out very well. The hotel is relatively new (I think opened in Feb 2014) and that also adds to the comfort of the accommodations. I plan on staying here many times more in the future.

Our stay at the Sogo Hotel in Cainta was as Ok. Location was good. Public transport was close. Cheap taxis are available. The room was reasonable size and modern, considering the price. This hotel can be used for a minimum of 2 hours. NOT a family hotel. Double bed was hard, but ok. Internet was free, and but very very slow. Password was easy to setup Breakfast was not offered at our price. English was spoken. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. The cleaning staff did a fair job. The air conditioning was noisy and useless no fridge safe in the room. No window in our room. The TV was modern. The channel selection included 2 porn, a HBO, a movie and a few others. The bathroom was small. Water pressure was ok and was hot. Shower was good, but floor very slippery. Very open shower, so water goes everywhere. not enough power points . Cell Phone reception in our room with Smart card was no good Summary. good stay except internet and phone signal.

Before making a reservation, I read all the other reviews to include the complainer from Australia. Regardless, I originally booked a room for 5 days, and due to my great satisfaction, have stayed an additional 5 days. Someone said it was in a "shady area". Not so, and actually, the garage type rooms provide the guest with a much greater level of security than being in a big 3 or 4 star hotel where there isn't anyone who can see your room door 24/7. Greater security is also provided with the first door with card entry (and deadbolt) into a small entry room, and then a 2nd keyhole door (another deadbolt) into the main room. Mariposa has their own kitchen with a good menu. I enjoyed their Chicken Teriyaki so much that I ordered it 3 or 4 times during my stay. Also, there are several sari-sari stores within 50m to fulfill simple needs. The staff... Great, friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to converse with. The room.... Clean and well provided. Nice bathroom with hot water shower. As for me, I'm an American living in a different part of the Philippines, but have traveled extensively worldwide. Totally satisfied and would stay here again.

This hotel continues to grow with many new theme rooms now available. The location within a quick ten minute walk to Santa Lucia East Grand Mall in Antipolo City. The reception is not air conditioned and still the only place with wifi reception. The check in was quick and they have a security Guard who will take your gate pass so it feels safe. The theme rooms are the best choice available as both garage rooms or room only. They fitting are nicely done, showers hot, rooms clean and air conditioning works well. The rooms keys are handed to reception as you come and go and they are always smiling. There is a room service food option now. Local restaurants open till late are just out front of the hotel so you wont starve. There is still some construction but the noise was not intrusive. The massive Santa Lucia East Grand Mall has retail shops, restaurants and bargains to be had in the basement stalls. Two supermarkets are located there also. Transport options include taxi, and jeeps. Overall A-

This is based on my perspective only as a solo traveler for vacation. It's my first time to stay in a 5-star hotel and I'm glad that it was in Marco Polo. Overall, I could not say anything negative for this property because a 5 star rating from Forbes, really is deserving for them. The connect floor on the 24th during my check-in initially gave me a magnificent view of the metro, which is a plus factor for me since that is one of my priorities when selecting a hotel. Check-in counters has a wide area but still may get crowded during peak hours especially during my stay in which they have a high occupancy rate at that time. I can't comment on their amenities since I stayed there only for one night and didn't have enough time to explore the property. The best thing about Agoda is that I can avail this at a very low rate compared at their official website; price difference is really huge and this agoda booking came with a breakfast for two! haha

We came from Medical City and needed a place to stay overnight. Go Hotel Ortigas was just right coz it was pretty near from Medical City. Location is pretty good, there are lots of nice eating places that we could just walk to. The rooms are small, but they're clean, wifi connection wasnt bad, and there was hot/cold water. The king bed was too big actually, we would have been happy with a queen bed and more space for our bags and a chair. But overall, it's great value for money. We would recommend this if you have business or any agenda in Ortigas.

Very pleased and quite impressed with this hotel. One of the best hotel stay experiences I had in the Philippines (if not the best). They give you 5-star service for a price that is a fraction of the usual rate charged by high-end hotels. Location is strategic, very near several restaurants, convenience stores and ATM booths. Also walking distance to 2 major shopping malls. In a busy area of Ortigas but once inside the lobby and in your room you won't hear the noise outside. The room was so clean, sound-proof, spacious and had a very comfortable bed. Wifi signal was very good and stable all throughout my stay. Strong water pressure and hot shower. All the staff, from the welcoming security personnel, to the front desk reception staff and the housekeeping staff were very professional and gave prompt action. It was my first time to try their hotel but already got the impression during my first day that Jinjiang Inn is a well-run hotel staffed and managed by professionals. I will surely book them again next time I need a transient place to stay in the Ortigas area.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite for my birthday celebration. Below are the pros and cons: PROS - Place is situated inside a compound where there are restaurants, cafes and convenient stores. - Room is cheap but verrryyy nice! I would be willing to book here again the future. CONS - Upon checkout, we needed help for luggage down. We waited for more than 30 minutes but no one came. We called the frontdesk twice but still, nobody came. We were really hungry and wanted to checkout already so we just brought all the things down by ourselves. It was a lot so we had a hard time but better than waiting. - The lobby is not your typical lobby located at the ground floor of the hotel. The building where the rooms of Aruga is situated is a few minutes walk from the lobby. Well, it's really not that far and it is within the compound. Plus they have golf carts which can take you to and from the place but just saying.. Overall, I'll definitely go back to this place. Whether to spend time with my partner or throw a party for my friends, Aruga at the Grove is a place I would recommend. 👍

We stay for 1 night only and I must say, it was more than I have expected. The bed is comfy, clean room and the staffs are very accommodating. Our experience is worth more than we have paid for. Thank You Red Doorz Plus!!! I will give this hotel a 5 star if only they have in-house restaurant for convenience. Nothing to worry though, restaurant brochure are available inside to order for delivery.
