This is the best hotel we ever stayed. The staff are very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. We request for a morning call as our daily tour start as early as 4:00AM local time and the front desk staff never failed to follow up with us about the our preferred breakfast so that they can get their chef to prepared for us to take out. The breakfast is a complimentary with...

We have a nice stay here. The room was good and clean, the smart TV with flawless internet connection gave our children the ultimate happiness, the breakfast was good. The only flaw in this hotel is the parking lot. The staff told us that we should use the valet service because the parking lot is so tiny, and there's no elevator from basement to lobby. Personally i hat...

We booked four rooms during our trip to Yogyakarta. The staffs are amazing, they do their best to meet our needs. We requested for connecting rooms and they fulfil our request. We love the pools and also the outdoor garden. The only improvement for them is to clean the room carpet as stains are visible. We had wedang ronde (ginger drink) at night and the peanut we had ...

We enjoyed our stay here just for a day. The location was perfect, a quick becak ride to Kraton Palace and Taman Sari, shopping and food places nearby all in walking range. A short walk to the Tugu monument. Hotel ambiance was very nice, and if you need money changers they are right outside the hotel, and so are ATMs. The only down side was, we were vegetarians, and th...

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Why I chose this hotel? It because many travellers from Indonesia and outside rated it as excellent hotel in Jogja. This hotel located about 10 - 15 minutes walking from Malioboro and Taman Pintar. Also located near the Bakpia Pathuk shops. I got my room upgraded to excecutive room (wooow) without any additional charge. The room is ...

Enjoyed our stay, we booked for one night. The hotel was very clean, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is outstanding! We liked it so much that we booked for two extra nights. We have been travelling for 2 months straight now in asia m, but this has to be the best and most choice breakfast we have seen so far. They have almost everything! I would give this...

When I want to the hotel I feel the energy, fresh, bright colour in the lobby, the room nice lime green with wooden furniture. Just nice match and the shower they use rain forest style, which you will in holiday. Specially the staff full of smile and really helpful, the room service really fast really good, most of 5 star hotel I have waiting for 45 min, but they le...

You just take a walk to the main street (Jl. Malioboro) after leaving the lobby. Easy to get convenience stores and ATM. No worry for food at night because you will find hundreds of foods along the Jl Malioboro. Staffs are very helpful. They will provide you a valet parking for free when the parking lot is full. Big room and clean. I will be back here later in my next ...

Over the past year we have spent 3 months travelling throughout SE Asia and this hotel is my favorite of any place we have stayed. The hotel looks brand new. From the location, the facilities, cleanliness and the value for money, this hotel simply can't be beat! But if that isn't enough, the staff here are some of the most friendly, helpful we have met anywhere. We fe...

Our stay at the Phoenix hotel was truly amazing. The hotel is in a renovated colonial building. It is very tastefully decorated, the room we had was of a good size and had a little balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Everything was immaculately clean, the service was perfect in every way. The breakfast buffet was to die for - everything you can imagine from European...

Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights at 101 was one of my best money ever spent. rooms are new and clean, staffs verfy helpfull eventhough for guess with cars there's very limited parking space (free valet service available). the view from hi-tea spot is great. my only regret for hi-tea was why there's only one complimentary session per room, when there should be 3 complimentar...

Room was okay, place are convenence. Breakfast was average (you can’t expect a grand breakfast with 3 star hotel. Availability of table and chair for breakfast is limited. Hairdryer is not available in room, have to call reception and need to eait another 3 hour because it was lend to other guest. So please make sure you bring your own hair dryer if stay at this hotel. I stayed at this hotel for 1 night, the staff is friendly, and the room is quite clean. At this price, others hotel offer some electric water heater to make a coffee or tea. The electricity is not quite stable, twice the power goes down. But if you are looking place which very near with downtown, this is the best place.

This hotel is SUPERB. Clean and spacious room with huge bed, cool AC, good speed wifi, refrigerator, coffee, tea and 2 bottle of water. Bathroom is super clean with rain shower, hot/cold water, big white clean towels, toiletries. Staff are helpful and responsive. The swimming pool is great, car parking, good location close to Taman Pintar, Malioboro, Beringharjo, K...

My friends and I choose this hotel to stay for 2 nights for the following reasons: Location wise it is close to Malioboro where we can shop and dine anytime we want. Very near to tourist attractions. We book a Smart Twin Room, it is simple but it has everything we need, a comfortable bed, a shower and a space big enough for our luggages. We will be out the whole time ...

I have travelled to many countries as a tourist and for business. I have stayed in many hotels but this is by far the best 4 stars hotel I have ever come across. The staff were very attentive, helpful and full of smiles and well mannered. Not just in the hotel, I found people in Jogja are very friendly too. The buffet breakfast has so much variety and very good quali...

The location is best because really near with Malioboro, unfortunately there are no parking space for car and you should pay more for rent the parking space, which in day (IDR 10,000) and night (IDR 30,000) the security is different, so you should pay for twice each day you stay there. the room is standard and clean enough and the bathroom is big.

its quite near from jalan malioboro, walk 5minutes and you arrived. or you can took becak for 5k rupiah only to arrive in jalan malioboro. good budget hotel. its a clean room for me. will booked for another trip if i visit jogja with my friends. and tha staff is nice, cause reccomend us for so place worth to visit in jogja. and even the security in the front of hotel i...

Had a room at the 5th floor, with a terrace overlooking the skyline near the lift lobby. very quiet, not noisy at all. Excellent customer service. Room was bare minimum with attached toilet and shower, enough for me and my wife. No wardrobe, fridge, safe box in the room. Bottled mineral water is provided in the room. Surrounding the hotel are some of the be...

The hotel is at a nice area, close to many things you'd like. There are lots of food vendors right outside the hotel. The design and architecture of the place is nice, with a park/common area at the center of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, especially considering the very low price of this place. The check in process was also quick, I on...

Stayed 2 nights. Staff were very friendly, got a free upgrade to a better room. Swimming pool and bar on the roof. Ideal location, just off the shopping street and next to the main tour booking street. Also short walk to the sultans palace. For me very important: the hotel was very clean! During the day we saw things being cleaned (table legs, skirting boards etc) whic...

Great hotel with excellent range of breakfast (Indonesian and western). Location is perfect....it's 13 mins walking to Malioboro Street so you won't see and hear much noises at night. My young nephews didn't mind to walk that far. When they tired, we catched a becak for Rp 15k or Grab taxi for Rp 13k. The hotel is well guarded with friendly staff everywhere. Room is bi...

It was a pleasant one night affair in Abadi. I was informed the hotel is under new management i.e an recently acquired by a tycoon from Djambi. Generally it is an old building. Most of the facilities are probably as old as the hotels including matresses, bed cover etc. Ample parking spaces. One thing I would like to recommend is the breakfast. Pretty good for a 3 star ...

Short walking distance to Maliborio Mall. Provide pick up at the airport on the arrival. Special arrangement on breakfast package for our visit to Borobudur at 4am.. We enjoyed happy stay at this hotel and will definitely come back again in the future. Special thanks to the staffs who rendered their kind assistance to me.

our 2 nights stay was very interesting, malioboro street is the "happening" area throughout day and night. almost everything was within reach. foods are availabale from hotel coffee house to stalls, transportations means were aplenty - trishaw, horsecart and taxi. mutiara malioboro is the best hotel to enjoy jogjakarta.

The hotel is very well located at the center of tourism activities in Yogyakarta (near Malioboro). Although the road in front of the hotel is quite narrow and the hotel itself is not big (well..., big enough compared to the other hotels at the neighborhood)the service is comparable to those three stars hotels. The food for the breakfast is beyond expectation, served...
