The clock in the room became malfunctioning at 2am. We were not able to disconnect the clock as the power line was covered under carpet. We needed to get the staff to fix in the middle of night, which was unpleasant. I'd expect the facilities at a 5-star hotel to be better than this. In addition, the hotel service can be improved. When we asked for bottled water when ...

we were pleased with the stay. we paid about $100/night, which was a fourth of the price of the hotel right next door, which we didnt find to be very impressive. the breakfast was good, the service was friendly, except that the cleaning woman did not understand the Do Not Disturb sign, and not only knocked on our door, but then walked right in!!

Great location, on the tram line and walking distance from Hyatt Regency, Old Medina and Merche Central. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast had a wide selection of food to choose from and tasted good. Great views of Casablanca from rooftop bar and pool area. Be sure to ask for Mostafa, who is the most welcoming, friendly and resourceful concierge I have met ...

Enjoyed staying here on our last night in Morocco! Room was smaller than the rooms in the Riads we had gotten used to staying in, but it was beautiful and well appointed. Breakfast was included and it was the best breakfast we had encountered during our entire stay in Morocco! Ahmed at the restaurant was very kind. Would definitely recommend this hotel, and we would de...

Hotel in decent location. Wifi worked in room. Not the cleanest, or brightest, or nicest. . . On the bottom side of ok. But met our needs. Front desk guy was patient. . . And suffered through my poor French. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Basic accommodation for best price in area.

I stayed in Morocco for 15 days and I have stayed in other 3-star hotels. Therefore for fairness, the following comments are based on the comparison with similar hotels I have stayed in Morocco, i.e., I won't compare it with 4-star/5-star hotels, or hotels in other countries. The hotel is in a convenient location, this may be the main thing that's good about the hote...

It's a very nice decorated hotel, each room is different style, staffs are friendly with good service, got an upgrade as the room type we booked was occupied, the only complaint is there's a guy accidently opened our door without knocking at 9am and he is not the cleaning lady obviously.

We were given a room on the top floor which was noisy because of the lift. Everything else is good, clean, new, free wifi, best value for money. The coffee is great with hot milk on the side. No restaurant but provides breakfast, very reasonable.I hate the big taxis in Casablanca, the small taxis are much better. Not luxury but clean and best value. Location of hotel ca...
