One of the best beds you'll experience in Manila, soft yet supporting, wrapped with silky-smooth bed sheets. Pillows are equally good incased in a quilt protector for enhanced form and comfort. Shower pressure was excellent even on the 19th floor and temperature was stable and easily controllable. Toiletries were generic, but decent, soap however is less than desirable especially for a 5-star hotel. The bathroom design is bright, taking a shower feels really refreshing. Toilet is basic, but is fitted with a bidet. Included amenities such as shaving kit, toothbrush kit, nail file, and cotton buds are a nice touch. Entertainment: Their 40 inch TV offers 99 channels with DVD player. The premier rooms views are of the laguna de bay, a relaxing sight. A highly recommended hotel that's always worth the weekend splurge. No wonder weekends are alwasy fully booked. Pool is under renovation until and will reopen on JUNE 20, meanwhile the hotel has shuttles to Palms Count Club for swimming pool

Booked Azumi for a weekend staycation with my boyfriend. He said it's the best hotel in Manila we've stayed at so far. Even before entering the lobby, the foyer already impressed us. There were fancy seats outside the lobby that looked perfect for chilling out over some cups of coffee. The lobby was impressive, with decor that made it obvious Azumi is a boutique hotel. The interior of the entire hotel, including the sky bar, the pool area, the lobby, the restaurant etc, was remarkable. Surely the designer didn't take this job for granted. The food in the restaurant also didn't disappoint -- Filipino cuisine done right. Another notable thing about Azumi is that the prices on their menu were surprisingly affordable. This includes the price of mini bar items, cocktails on the roof deck, and food in the restaurant. To give you an idea, they sell Sola Iced Tea in the mini bar for only 50 pesos. That's the same price 711 sells it for. Anyway, the sleeping room was also spacious and exactly how it is in their pictures. I looove the bed, the sheets were thick but really light. The AC was quiet but worked perfectly. The TV was our bestfriend throughout the weekend stay because we stayed in for a TV series marathon. And of course I have to mention the pool, which was really beautiful and picturesque. The staff kept the pool experience convenient. Towels were provided as soon as we stepped in. There were seats and tables that we used for drinks, and poolside mattresses for just hanging out by the pool. The view was marvelous. The only thing I didn't like was there was no bidet spray in the bathroom. This is a big deal for me so I couldn't just not mention it. Overall, kudos to Azumi Boutique Hotel's management and staff for putting up a reputable establishment that's nothing short of amazing. We had a great stay, we will definitely stay again and we will highly recommend Azumi to our family and friends.

We stayed here for four nights (a family of 4) during a stopover with Philippine Airlines from 5 to 9 August and we were very impressed with the Vivere hotel The staff here are amazing with excellent customer service and friendliness. We particularly enjoyed the Nest Restaurant with its fantastic breakfasts (one of the best we have ever had) and the evening dinners with the Jazz band and of course the view over Manila and the Ocean. We also enjoyed being close to the Festival Mall and Star Mall and the courtesy Shuttle provided by the hotel which is a nice bonus. We would have preferred a bigger swimming pool for the children but this did not effect our enjoyment of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again would definitely recommend it to anyone considering staying here. The hotel is a class act and we hope to return here sometime in the future.

we stayed here last July 6 for overnight accommodation only with our two kids. it was a last minute decision.. i actually booked the hotel less than 30mins before we arrived at this hotel. We arrived at 5PM already and was able to check in after more than 30mins of waiting. we got the family room which is really spacious for a family of four but i found it lacking of room features... no telephone available.. phone is only available outside your room near the elevator... no basic toiletries like toothbrush, shampoo or soap, no slippers.. no electric kettle for a coffee.. But their wifi really works good and the water pressure from the shower is really nice which was really important for us. I only wish their bathroom has a bathtub since the bathroom is really spacious enough. I would still go back to this hotel because the front desk peeps are all nice and respectful.

There are so many things to love about Somerset Alabang. First, I have to say how happy we are about the staff. We made a mistake with our booking date, but they were very accommodating. They helped us rebook with no problem. I guess it might also be because they're fairly new. In the hotel, they always smiled, greeted us, and met our requests well. They sometimes have cheesy spiels, like "welcome to your home in the south". We thought it was funny, and it also shows that they were trained well. The room was very beautiful. Interiors are new and modern. Appliances and furniture are superior. We looooove the bedding. The pillows alone are good enough to want to go back to Somerset Alabang. I believe they had goose down pillows and duvets. Best sleep in ages. The bathroom is nice and spacious. There's a bath tub, so that was really nice. Food is great too. Breakfast buffet is between 6-10am at their restaurant. Around the hotel, there are a lot of places to go to. There's South supermarket nearby, where we bought wine to bring back to our hotel room. There are also 24-hour restaurants across the road. Overall, it was the perfect venue for the perfect date night. We plan on coming back every 2 months because we loved it so much!

The Acacia Hotel was a last minute booking for me and was the best value for the money although it was not considered cheap. The hotel is a first class hotel with extremely clean and well presented environment. The rooms are among the best I have stayed in and the staff was extremely friendly. The hotel is next door to a shopping center and a grocery store. Cost to use their hotel car was very expensive so beware, better to get a taxi. I would consider this hotel as a 5-star accomodation.

Our second stay here. This time booked the deluxe room but was upgraded to the family room located at the ground floor. Like before, we enjoyed our stay because the staff is very accommodating, the room and toilet/bath was very clean. Unlike the budget room, this one has it's own toilet and bath with hot water. The family room is huge! It has 2 double beds, a fridge, microwave and hot water kettle. And did I mention it was on the ground floor? Which I really enjoyed because we didn't have to go up the stairs. I didn't mind that you could hear the tricycles and other vehicles on the street. The place is a mere 7 minutesl drive to Evia Lifestyle Center which is a major reason why we stay here when we have business in the area.

The hotel is in an area of heavy construction and the second night the clean water turned to sewage. I don't blame hotel but you can expect these things in that area. The room was much smaller than advertised and they use bulk a/c switch so it is very noisy but room is cool. They will not clean up room unless you ask several times. My electronic room key did not work all week and I had to find someone to let me in room each time which I blame on management The actual workers of the hotel do everything they can to please you There is only one electrical plug so make sure you are traveling with 20 foot extension cord and three way plug. Wifi worked well for hotel use and mall shopping and food are only one block away. Their price in $300 range for one week is equal to low dollar hotels in US so it is not a bargain but is unfortunately the best in the area.

we booked the hotel to try it out based mainly on the pictures afforded by the agoda site plus the reviews of customers. the lobby alone came very impressive and gave us quite an impression. the front desk were very friendly, accommodating and treated people with respect. the rooms did not disappoint although the bathroom and towel amenities do need to be upgraded... yes even when you offer cheaper rates as they do create impressions and guests would like to feel that you offer more value to your asking price. on the upside, the room ambiance was really restful with high quality beds, linen and pillows... and even when you are working and can tend to be oblivious, the feel and vibe do help out so you wont easily crash to toxicity! the wifi is another come on especially for people on the go or those on a working holiday! we do recommend stronger connectivity to some hotel areas. the resto has the right feel too especially with the live accoustic music, however, we hope they can offer more food selections especially during dinner. parking is ample and safe together with the immediate neighborhood. we just hope that the housekeeping staff can tone it down when they are talking or laughing amongst themselves, presumably while working especially those on the afternoon and morning shifts. they did bother us when they turn loud while talking amongst themselves which do seem like they do not actually care about people who might need the peace while working or still catching up on sleep as they work on the global time clock! over all... for half the price of its sister 5 star hotel nearby and also in comparison to a number of high end hotels, b hotel definitely is competitive and very true to what they promise to deliver. there is always room for improvement but at the very least i hope the b hotel keep the reasonable rates and their standards. we would definitely come back and would recommend it to anyone.

We traveled as a family for a stay-cation to this hotel because we wanted to avoid the influx of people going to the provinces. It was the Holy Week then and we knew one smart way of "beating the heat", w/o crowding up with the beaches, is to stay in one of the nice hotels down south. We arrived late, around 2-3 pm. We were told that the other room, which was for my parents, was not yet ready. It was on a follow up call at around 4:30pm that we were able to get our second room. Kind of late for hotel standards since the checkout time is supposedly 12noon. The keys were delivered to us by a manager (I think) who, apologetically assisted us to our second room. Very nice pool. People there were very attentive when ever someone goes out of the pool and makes water puddles here and there. They were quick to attend to them, preventing anyone from slipping. Room was okay. Amenities were sufficient for the three of us staying in the room. The only thing I observed was that the doorman and the security guards outside were more courteous than the people working inside. I am a hotelier myself, and I make it a point that when I happen to pass by a guest, I greet then with an appropriate greeting. This was not the case on our stay. I mean, sure, were not on our best clothes whenever we go out, maybe because the place is familiar to us, but were still guests after all. A simple, "Hello, good day!" will go a long way. Overall, I think we enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast spread was probably my favorite!
