We enjoyed our stay at Deluxe Villa's and only wish we had more time to stay at Battambang. We ate at the Gecko Cafe which had great food in town and was a easy walk from our accomodation. The hotel organized a tut tut driver for us. He took us out one day and we visited the Bamboo train, Phnom Sampeau and Phnom Banan. It was a great day.

Loved this hotel, read previous reviews and wasn't so sure after we had booked it but couldn't fault anything (we got a room with a window but kept the curtains shut). The room was spotlessly clean, the staff friendly and attentive. We put some clothes to launder and they came back the next day, very cheap too. We had breakfast at the hotel, the food wasn't special but...

My gf and I decided to stay here to visit family. This place is great for the value. The building is newer than other hotels we have stayed at in the area. The bottom floor cafe's service was great and the food was yummy. Staying at the hotel actually give you 20% off of the bill. This makes the cost of food here cheaper than the street restaurants. The Skybar howe...

No problems at all , hotel provides free transfer from bus station which isn’t really necessary as it is only two streets away from the Mekong Express . We ended up hiring the tuk tuk driver for two half day trips (first Banan temple + Bat caves and back to hotel for $20; second Bat caves again as we walked up the hill to see the temples and Killing caves $10) - these...

Our room was very spacious with good quality and useful furniture. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom also very good quality. Staff were always happy and welcoming and even though we never asked for the room to be cleaned housekeeping ladies would make sure we still got our bottles of water for the day which was a very nice service touch. Location is ab...

Starting to realise 3* in Cambodia is not the same as vietnam or Laos, but it's clean, comfy and cheap. Hotel is in a great location to get to everything in the city, and 2 minutes from capitals city centre transfer drop off. Best thing was our tuk tuk driver, chin chin, who is often around the Asia and star hotels. For $25 he took us around the countryside going to fi...

If you have stayed at a 2 star hotel, you know what to expect. This place is a warm bed with working a/c and it's safe. The internet depends on how close your room is to the router. A good place to spend a night. The staff speaks enough English to give basic assistance. For the price, it's a good spot.

Let's start with the good things about this place... Centralized and accessible to all parts of Battambang. Walking distance to restaurants, shops.. it's right next to the market... what more can you ask for. Rooms are big. Staff are friendly and efficient. Despite being near the market, it's wonderfully quiet at night. Safe too. There's a security guard who stands wat...

You get off the bus directly opposite the Star Hotel- no need for a tuktuk. The staff are very friendly and speak good English. We asked to be moved from our 'no window' room and they moved us happily to a huge room with big windows. The beds are very comfortable, the shower is electric but is hot and powerful. There is no lift but the staff took our cases up for us....

Totally recommend very basic but great. Booked a double room but they didn’t have any when we arrived, however they accommodated us well. Gave us a discount and even got breakfast. The cheapest place I’ve stayed yet one of the best. It’s for locals but I would definitely stay again.

I stayed at Paris Hotel for one night, and it was a last minute booking. The hotel itself is in a great location, close to the central market and bus stations. The building itself is quite old and could use some updating. The room was acceptable, and the a/c was able to keep up with the heat. When I arrived, the room had no towels and toiletries or toilet paper. The pl...

Sure it is all pretty basic, but we dont know how they do it for so cheap. A private room with bathroom and free pick up from the boat pier (10km north of town) for a price less than what we are used to pay for dorms. Internet is good. Room was clean. Central location. Friendly staff, they also booked our bus to Phnom Penh. Overal really good.

Awesome staff, clean and spacious rooms, big swimming pool with a shaded hammock area. We booked to go to the bat caves with the hotel, which was very reasonably priced and a great experience. We ate a couple of meals there and would definitely recommend the good value for money food. We loved the peaceful location, it is a 15 minute walk to the centre.

This is a big and old hotel. I stayed in a budget room and found it super cheap 13-14$ night. Breakfast was buffet style and it was great and loads of choices. I cannot complain as for the price I got so many things. Free gym, although not the cleanest one and some of the equipment broken I had it all to myself and was very pleased with it. The swimming pool is the big...

The staff provided excellent service and recommendations even prior our arrival. We requested for transfer from Siem Reap and also asked for tour recommendation and with booking of a tuk tuk driver. They were super helpful and friendly in accommodating. The hotel is small, but very charming. There is a pool in the middle and an open air dining area, both were quaint a...
