The room is quite big and we chose a sea view room so it was wonderful! Beds are big! We could see sunset from the hotel grounds and it felt very relaxing. The staff were super friendly (starting from the hotel pick-up from the airport), we really loved our stay here! The onsen is a little small, but they have other facilities, two pools, table tennis/pool table for u...
Hotel WBF Ishigakijima is a convenient apartment within walking distance from bus terminal or ferry terminal. The room has washing machine and complete kitchen facilities including cooking utensils and tableware. Take washing powder from the front desk. There is also a small cafe providing free coffee, drinks and snacks.
Hotel itself gives an impression that it hasn't been updated for some time now. However hotel staff are very friendly speak both English and Japanese to cater for local and foreign tourists alike. I was given a clear guide about the hotel's policies, amenities and also a useful information about the local area. Hotel Rasso also offers complimentary drinks to all their...
Great location, easy access (5min walk max) to airport bus, 2-10 minutes walk to get to many restaurants, local market, shops, etc. Staff was friendly, check-in easy. Facilities were okay! Understand that with the Ishigaki humidity, some aspects are bound to be expected. Given these circumstances, room was clean and adequate. Very hard bed - if you're not used to it, ...
Smile of the staff was just as bright and cheerful as the blue sky of the southmost island of Japan. They were especially helpful in doing restaurant reservation and looking up for tourist information. Location of the hotel is easily accessible from the airport, to different areas of Ishigakijima and even from other island to other island. Would definitely go there aga...
it's a very comfortable room in a very nice location. it is very close to the airport and provides necessary facility for a comfortable stay. stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, fridge crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are provided and there is a washing machine in the balcony. unlike other japanese hotels, pyjamas were not provided so you might want to bring your o...
I do highly recommend this hotel to everyone if you going to ishigakijima. The location is very convenient, like a bus terminal, the pier, convenient store, souvenir shop, famous restaurant are all around the hotel. The staff are polite with smiling face all the time. That's make me feel happy! And the price is reasonable and worth
The view from the room is excellent!! Everything in the hotel is good, it is clean and the staff are super nice! However I'm not quite satisfy with the rooms arranged. We booked 1 premium ocean view room and 1 superior room for 1 night. We are family and we wish to have 2 adjacent rooms. The staff said there is no vacant adjacent rooms that suit our room type and fi...
we originally booked a standard twin room but the room turned out to be on the small side for two people staying for 5 nights. if it was a weekend stay, the size of the room probably would've been sufficient but given we had two big suitcases we needed enough room for those plus space to sit down and relax. we managed to change the room to a 'large twin' and in the d...
The hotel is located about 10 mins walk from the downtown Ishigaki, which is great because you don't have to drive and pay for parking. If you just don't like waling, the hotel even provides rental bicycles that are free for the first 2 hours. The only down side about this hotel is that the parking space outside the hotel is not quite enough. During our stay, we had to...
A clean, nice hotel, about 10 min walk from the ferry and bus terminal, right in front of has a family mart. Onsen on the first floor is just perfect as well as free coffee. Amaizing staff, always helpful. Highly recommended. And it has a free shuttle bus cruising from and to the airport.
This island is definitely best with a car or motorbike. Like many hotels it’s a drive to get to places of interest (but lovely driving around this beautiful island). Hotel is clean though a little dated in the rooms. Prices on the island are very inflated you would get something really nice on the mainland for this price but here you would have to pay 2-3x that. I reco...
My stay at the Hyper Hotel was very fine. The front desk staff was very helpful in suggesting dining spots and bike rental possibilities. The room was clean, the internet fast. I had a great vie of the port. The hotel is just a short walk from the ferry terminal, which was my focus. It is also just about as close to the us terminal and the main shopping and dining area...
Value for money, 15min walking distance to the Ferry terminal. Clean and spacious. There is washing machine, but no washing powder and large balcony which is really useful to dry out the laundry. Staff speaks limited English, feels like an offsite Minshuku. Staff does not stay there.
I intend to stay in Ishigaki for two days but we face the no.9 typhoon , it hit the ishigaki hard so all the airline are cancel We need to contineued stay in the hotel and need a help from all hotel staff The hotel staff help us a lot (try to call airline for us , help us as much as they can) All the facility and store in Ishigaki was closed , the hotel help the guess...
Location is not in city center but quiet. We all love it.
It was a great hotel in a good location, close to the pier and bus stop station and near city center as well. There are 24 hours drug store and convenient store, but supermarket is a bit far away. The hotel room is like an apartment, there is a kitchen and a big fridge and microwave, it is great when you can store some microwave foods for late night. There is also a pr...
The hotel is a good base to walk around the city centre and is just a few minutes' walk from the Euglena Mall. The interior of the room is old but rather spacious. Breakfast was very homely and satisfying, it was the traditional Japanese breakfast with rice, miso soup, salad and a main (fish).
Though we didn't come to Ishigaki in the best season, we did enjoy our stay, especially at Exes. The room is spacious with a very beautiful sea view and is well equipped. The breakfast is good and to our surprise, a complimentary afternoon tea buffet is offered. Service is good and we would like to commend the staff named Guo for his good service.
Great location, just next to the main street of souvenir shops, restaurants and family mart. A very new and clean hotel which was just opened on 18 Apr 2019. The room is actually for 3 ppl with 3 beds but as my booking is for 2 ppl, they have removed the third bed so the room is relatively spacious in Japan. There is a balcony of the room too. The breakfast looks ...
