"My general impression to hotels in Ishigaki is: they cost pretty higher than expected (say when compare to hotels in Okinawa) ART Hotel Ishigakijima is as well slightly pricely than expected. Nevertheless, it is a good hotel with good standard - hospitable and helpful staff, the hotel is clean. The pool is not a big one but the water slide is a remarkable one. it is about 1/2 storey high with water gushing from the top - it should bring fun to the kids who dare to try (the slide is for 110cm below). Unfortunately I have not had the chance to use the public bath and to dine in there so no comments to the restaurant could be made. The key weakness is the carpark below the hotel is ALWAYS full and one have to park in the secondary car park with no choice. It is just a few minutes walk from the hotel - but the puddles along the way will always make one wet on his way back to the hotel when it rains"
