"Let's review it one by one: PRICE: I'd say the price is fair considering it's a new hotel (that is just my guess). Capsule hotel is suitable for solo traveler or people who only need a place to spend the night. LOCATION: It's good if you want to explore Malioboro area and around. But if you drive your own car, it can be tricky since there will be traffic jam near Malioboro road at night (I stayed at Saturday night). But no worries, parking area for car is available there. CLEANLINESS : I like that the towel is so white and looked like new. Sometimes the closets are wet. STAFF : The water ran out twice during my stay there, first around 7 pm and second around 8.30 am on the next morning. No warning about that and it ran out while I was taking a bath (around 7 pm). When I asked the receptionist, he only said that the water run out and need the tank needs to be filled again for a while. No apologies there. No information on how long it will takes if I didn't ask him about that. Then i had to postpone my bath time. The next day, I had a stomachache and wanted to go to the bathroom when my brother told me that he heard another guest asked about the water. And I ended up not going to the bathroom. I knew it wasn't entirely the staff's fault, but the fact that they couldn't handle the case properly really made me upset and showed me how bad their management is. Also, they let soap dispensers (almost) empty for a while, and it was hard to get soap out of it. FACILITIES : Locker worked well. Inside the capsule is pretty cool with TV and adjustable light. Considering all the factors, I don't think I will be back again. If you are not come alone, there are better places with competitive price you can pick. If you split the cost, I think it won't be that far different from the price here."

"Housekeeping staff completely forgot to refill the shampoo and shower gel after their cleaning! Obviously they are lack of training and are careless for their duty. Dark stains are found at the back of toilet' s cover. Fortunately their breakfast is pretty good by providing a wide variety of food for selection, including very Indonesia style fried rice, baked chicken and tropical fruit - Salak. And their staff is also helpful and responsive to my complaint on shampoo not refreshment, even though their apology was delivered at next morning day in quite slow temper manner. All of all, they are a good hotel located in downtown zone with couples minutes walk to main street - Malioboro street. Good facilities including interesting Indonesian entertainment instrument playing every morning at lobby. They are worthy of your money spending."

"I traveled with husband and 2 kids (7 yo and 1 yo). The location in jl. Dagen, it is very best location. Just 1 minute walk to main road Malioboro. 3 minute walk to mall (supermarket and mcDonald's). Street food everywhere. Near to Keraton, Taman Pintar, and Palace. And the hotel is luxury enough besides others. The staff is very kind to give us room on 11:00. All the staff is very helpful. But, points that need to improve / pay attention are.. • the buffet at breakfast isn't tastefully good. The variants are good enough, but just the taste that we didn't like. We prefer street food then. (Except for children, they still eat hotel food, and they are and healthy eating in here) • Because the hotel is still under development. So it maybe the cause of dust. So much dust. Everywhere. Not good for the one who allergic with dust (which my husband). And the floor in my room is sticky I had to mopping the floor by my self (because I have baby). • The bed is small. So do the room. I bring 3 luggage and the room is already full. Can't wait until the hotel and the swimming pool is done. Surely will stay here again if we travel to Jogja. "

"The location is a thing; you can easily make your way to currency exchange store, tour agency, local stalls and infamous Malioboro street. The hotel is equipped with a mini-mart which operates 24 hours. The front receptionist was extraordinary and they are all likable. Our Superior Queen room was cozy and we had a quality sleep although we could hear train sirens continually from nearby station. The breakfast was good as there were a lot of choices. Should you want to start your day as early as 4am, the hotel provides breakfast box with either Indonesian food (fried rice) or American food (bread and buns) selection. They also provides return airport transfer with IDR 125,000 per trip. However, the bathroom's cleanliness was not to my liking since for a considered-new hotel, visible dirty stain on the bathroom floor/wall is not acceptable. Also, the room WIFI connection is unstable. Nevertheless, I am happy to return to this hotel again since it offers 5-star service for a 3-star hotel."

"The hotel was nice and clean. The location was superb - near to the Tugu Yogyakarta train station. It is literally at the opposite of the road. It was convenient as I intended to take the train to Jakarta the next day. Malioboro Street is also walking distance from the hotel. The room comes with praying mat & Quran, which is really nice to see. Good job Sofyan Inn Unisi! I would strongly recommend and choose to stay with this hotel again in my next visit to Yogyakarta! "
