My best chose in fortladerdale nice hotel by the see nice view good service
Historic hotel complex right in the heart of Fort Lauderdale on Los Olas Blvd....booked The Riverside Hotel for exactly that reason and was not disappointed in the least. All kinds of unique shops and restaurants in every direction.........you can't go wrong at all.......just get out and walk and enjoy everything Los Olas has to offer. The Riverside Hotel was well app...
Hotels near the beach were so expensive. But this place was affordable and gave us pleasant experiences. We arrived at the airport around 10 pm but within 20 minutes the shuttle was coming to pick up. Just call them at the airport. Complimentary breakfast from 6-10 am was more than expected though they didn’t have fresh vegetables. Bedding was comfortable and pool area...
WEll presented Best Western Hotel - fresh modern feel. Hotels in Fort Lauderdale are expensive, especially by the beach. This is a great option if you are on a tighter budget. Good facilities, 2 mins to the beach, pleasant walk to Olas Boulevard and the beach front vibes further along towards the more expensive resort hotels. Breakfast was substantial and varied. I boo...
The room allocated to us was within the grounds of the hotel and some distance from the main building. On entry, we were whisked back to 1963; JFK was still President and this room was new! Unfortunately, it is not 1963 (and these fellows have that clown Trump instead). The room was ok if not tired, but the bathroom didn't seem to have been touched since the day the...
The tower side of the hotel was newer and more updated, so I would recommend seeing if you can stay on that side when booking. We got upgraded to a marina view room on check-in so that we could stay with the rest of our group of friends traveling together for a wedding cruise, which was great. The room size was quite large, and I also really liked the comfort of the ch...
After reading reviews I was nervous about booking here, but the experience was great! It is right across from the beach (just like every other hotel) due to the street in front of the beach. The staff was amazing! They let us check in 4 hours early and also held our things after checkout on the last day. There are plenty of restaurants within a mile. Downtown is only a...
Excellent location close to the airport Nice staff ,very helpful Breakfast with plenty choice Super efficient shuttle to the airport
Unfortunately we arrived late and through a number of personal faux-pas we were rushed. The hotel and staff were very good in helping us get to the ship for the beginning of the cruise. This is the second time we have stayed and I would recommend the hotel to anyone. Thank you.
A GREAT LOCATION, ACROSS ROAD FROM BEACH - LIKE ALL FORT L HOTELS. NUMBER OF EXCELLENT RESTAURANTS AND BARS WITHIN 5/10 MINS WALK EXCELLENT STAFF WHO GIVE A GREAT WELCOME AND LOOK TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT SERVICE. VERY COMFORTABLE AND VERY CLEAN ROOM AND EXCEPTIONALLY COMFORTABLE BEDROOM. HOTEL IS SPREAD ACROSS A COUPLE OF BUILDINGS LINKED BY WALKWAY OVER A ROAD BUT IS NOT...
Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. A bit on the expensive side, but it was a hotel that met our needs so we went with it. Four star for facilities as the pool closes too early in my opinion. 7pm instead of 11pm like the neighboring Hilton which we stayed at previously.
We enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were large and clean. We asked for a roll away bed and it was quickly provided. The front desk staff and the manager were very welcoming and gave us a number of ideas on things to do in the area. In the morning the breakfast attendant was extremely helpful and the shuttle service provided a great way for some in our party to be on thei...
The staff at the front desk was exceptional. There was one, her name was Jessica Thigpen went above and beyond to accomodate everyone, not just my family. She is a tremondous asset to your company.
A lovely hotel with very friendly service, would highly recommend the only problem for us was that the elevator wasn't working for the 2 days we were there and we were on the 5th floor, this probably helped to get some holiday condition off! Possibly could have been reimbursed in some form though. But wasn't the case. Breakfast is complimentary but is just ok.
Super clean, near the cruise terminal and free airport transfer. Free internet next door in Holiday Inn Express
Very clean hotel. The staff was exceptional! The front desk staff was super fantastic. We were able to pay to park at the hotel and transfer to the cruise terminal. We did have to pay to return back to the hotel. $22 a day to pay at the cruise terminal vs $10 a day at the hotel and $30 for a family of 4 to return back to the hotel. We will be returning in the spring an...
I've never been a big reviewer but after reading some of the comments of the place I was going to stay, I cancelled two days out from travel. I struggled to find anything as FT Lauderdale was 85% booked but then the Victoria popped up. Great feedback, great reviews and for great reason! This is a great little Hotel nestled about 10 mins from the beach and walking dis...
The amenities
Pros first the location is great for all of your needs. Secondly the beach since I love the beach.RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET!!. Hotel was a little under construction but it did not hinder my beautiful experience here at Sonestra. Cons they do not tell you until after you book that there a daily service charge that they hold on your credit card for taxes and incidentals. ...
Cons - the “glitch” as they referred to it at the resort - were they charge you twice for the room and refund you 5-7 business days later.. Beware anytime someone ask about putting a card on file.
Small budget hotel set back a ways from the beach in Miami, this hotel has very friendly staff who are very happy to help. The hotel is a bit old school decorated but has a mini kitchen, and has a small but deep pool, but the beach is only two blocks away.
Overall a very enjoyable stay. The room was clean and bright. There was a microwave oven which was very helpful. However it would have been nice if there were plates and cutlery. Kevin, the staff at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Location was just a few minutes walk from the beach and a short drive to the Galleria mall.
Our room which had double Kings (all that was left for just 2 of us) was so spacious we almost wished we brought our kids!! It’s perfect for families and definitely girl trip getaways!! The only bummer was the shower. I could only adjust the temperature if I turned the shower off since the on/off nozzle was quite loose. Fix that and it would have been 5 star perfect!! ...
close to the beach but still nice and peaceful, with a super restaurant.
Big room , good service ,
The hotel does not have any restaurant. For breakfast, you need to walk about 5 minutes to a nearby hotel. Good point is that the hotel is walking distance to beach. Bad point is the service attitude of the staff - - I don't think they are friendly and helpful. There are many hotels in Fort Lauderdale. I think I will select another hotel in my next visit since I...
