"Let's review it one by one: PRICE: I'd say the price is fair considering it's a new hotel (that is just my guess). Capsule hotel is suitable for solo traveler or people who only need a place to spend the night. LOCATION: It's good if you want to explore Malioboro area and around. But if you drive your own car, it can be tricky since there will be traffic jam near Malioboro road at night (I stayed at Saturday night). But no worries, parking area for car is available there. CLEANLINESS : I like that the towel is so white and looked like new. Sometimes the closets are wet. STAFF : The water ran out twice during my stay there, first around 7 pm and second around 8.30 am on the next morning. No warning about that and it ran out while I was taking a bath (around 7 pm). When I asked the receptionist, he only said that the water run out and need the tank needs to be filled again for a while. No apologies there. No information on how long it will takes if I didn't ask him about that. Then i had to postpone my bath time. The next day, I had a stomachache and wanted to go to the bathroom when my brother told me that he heard another guest asked about the water. And I ended up not going to the bathroom. I knew it wasn't entirely the staff's fault, but the fact that they couldn't handle the case properly really made me upset and showed me how bad their management is. Also, they let soap dispensers (almost) empty for a while, and it was hard to get soap out of it. FACILITIES : Locker worked well. Inside the capsule is pretty cool with TV and adjustable light. Considering all the factors, I don't think I will be back again. If you are not come alone, there are better places with competitive price you can pick. If you split the cost, I think it won't be that far different from the price here."

"I have booked this dorm when I was in Malaysia. When I arrived, I am happy to see all I saw in the photos from the website are exatcly the same. Meaning to say they provide a good and clean staying environment for traveller. I felt comfortable to stay in. Moreover, the price is cheap. The breakfast is ok especially dining in such a beautiful lobby. If you ask me what yo comment. There are two. first is the air conditioner that we shared in the room should be adjust into cooler temperacture so that we will be more comfort. Second is the locker should be equiped with a lock. Otherwise it is meaningless to have it. Overall it is excellent. Keepi it up Wakeup. I will be back one day!"

"Over the past year we have spent 3 months travelling throughout SE Asia and this hotel is my favorite of any place we have stayed. The hotel looks brand new. From the location, the facilities, cleanliness and the value for money, this hotel simply can't be beat! But if that isn't enough, the staff here are some of the most friendly, helpful we have met anywhere. We felt like we received the service one would expect from a 5 star resort. We felt like we were were part of the family. And thanks to some Javanese language lessons from the head chef, our entire trip will be one we will never forget! You simply won't find a better hotel for the money. In fact, I doubt you could find a better hotel for twice the money! I can't wait to come back some day. "

"Hotel is in a central location, walkable to the infamous Malioboro street. Convenience shops and the mall is just around the block. Relatively new hotel, so not much amenities as yet. Room i took didnt have a fridge, ants came within 6hrs of leaving consumed drink. Sound insulation needs an upgrade, sounds of doors slamming along the corridor were louder than the nearby railway and the moving trains. Staff were pleasant at best."

"We spent the final 3 days of our Indonesia trip in the Jambuluwuk Hotel. Situated a few hundred metres off Malioboro street, it provides a good place to explore the city and its surroundings IF one is prepared to walk 10 minutes on foot to Malioboro street (or to accept cheap local transport from the hotel gate). The room was nice, we only lacked room to put our belongings in the bathroom and had to struggle with the shower to make the water come out in the right place. All in all, a very pleasant stay (and quiet at night, which was perfect for us at a price of less than 30 € per night. We cannot comment on the food since we never ate there, but I have to rate it, so the 5 stars there are mere hearsay."

"Housekeeping staff completely forgot to refill the shampoo and shower gel after their cleaning! Obviously they are lack of training and are careless for their duty. Dark stains are found at the back of toilet' s cover. Fortunately their breakfast is pretty good by providing a wide variety of food for selection, including very Indonesia style fried rice, baked chicken and tropical fruit - Salak. And their staff is also helpful and responsive to my complaint on shampoo not refreshment, even though their apology was delivered at next morning day in quite slow temper manner. All of all, they are a good hotel located in downtown zone with couples minutes walk to main street - Malioboro street. Good facilities including interesting Indonesian entertainment instrument playing every morning at lobby. They are worthy of your money spending."
