"we checked into the acacia after staying at another hotel near ayala alabang and were glad we did. we immediately liked the mid-century modern design of the hotel, and were greeted with a smile and offers of assistance. the room was comfortable and well stocked. the breakfast buffet was full of options and well prepared. the front desk was capable and helpful. there are still a few kinks and it feels like a new hotel trying to find it's legs (we had one issue with using the valet one night), but it's trying hard and largely succeding. all this at a good price."

"This hotel located on sub-urban of Manila, close to Alabang Village, one of famous cycling loops in Manila. It just 2km away from the hotel and around that area there are about 10 bike shops! The hotel is beatiful, very clean room and very comfy bed. The staff also very friendly and helpful. If I go to Manila again, I will stay at this property!"

"Was thinking of going to either Los Banos or Crimson for a weekend relaxation. Got a good deal here in Agoda and booked the de luxe room for one night. I thought it was only the infinity pool that was under construction but it turned out that even the kiddie pool is not yet ready. Reservation person, Bernadette was very kind in explaining it to us. When we arrived at the hotel, we were surprised with the level of warmth and friendliness of the staff and the beauty of the lobby. Most of the other reviews are spot on with regards to how clean and comfortable the rooms are. Shopping is easy because Flinevest is walking distance and you can avail their free shuttle service to go to Ayala Center Alabang."

"Perhaps the very best hotel I have ever stayed in! They provide a shuttle van 24/7 to take you or pick you up anywhere in Alabang. All of the staff are exceedingly friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Perhaps this is best demonstrated by the porter who carried my 30 kilo suitcase 3 blocks in the rain and had the umbrella over the suitcase instead of him - and I never asked for any help! The rooms are more like luxurious, well thought out apartments with AC in 3 different areas! The restaurant on the roof is great and can be romantic when the weather is nice, but can have restricted seating when it is raining since one side is open to the weather. The gym is one of the best in a hotel that is not an actual gym open to the public! Perhaps the only negatives are that taxis and Grab do not want to go to Alabang and it is confusing to walk around the around the area - I got lost almost every time I tried to walk to Westgate Mall which only 6 blocks away, since most streets do not have signs."

"Hop Inn Alabang is very affordable yet clean, comfy and relatively new. The bed is comfortably firm with crisp, white and clean linen. The bathroom is also clean with a hairdryer, towels and liquid soap. Airconditioner is working properly and TV is modern with ample Cignal cable channels to entertain us. Electric kettle can be borrowed from the front desk but subject to availability. We were lucky to get hold of it. Front desk people and guards on duty are very polite, articulate and helpful. It would be of great help to us travellers if there are complimentary glasses/cups and utensils available in the room but other than that, our 4d3n stay was smooth as silk. I had no major problems staying in this hotel and if we visit Alabang again, we will definitely stay here. "

"This was our second time staying at the Bellevue, this time with our 2-year-old daughter. She had a lot of fun swimming, but unfortunately the water was very cold because the entire pool remaining in the shade of the building all day. We arrived around noon and had of course booked online over a month in advance. However they were still looking for a room for us and said we could pick up our key at 3 PM (official check in). We left our luggage at the concierge and went to the pool, but when we returned at 3 the room still wasn't ready. At this point my husband and I became frustrated by the service and voiced our complaints to the check-in staff. Within a few minutes they had found another room for us that was ready, and it was a nice little upgrade on the 18th floor, with a kitchenette. On a final note however, we ordered the all star pizza from room service, which we had enjoyed immensely on our first visit, but this time is was disappointingly lackluster. Nevertheless, we had a great time, enjoyed our room and our stay in Alabang immensely, and ate our fill of excellent breakfast food."

"There are so many things to love about Somerset Alabang. First, I have to say how happy we are about the staff. We made a mistake with our booking date, but they were very accommodating. They helped us rebook with no problem. I guess it might also be because they're fairly new. In the hotel, they always smiled, greeted us, and met our requests well. They sometimes have cheesy spiels, like "welcome to your home in the south". We thought it was funny, and it also shows that they were trained well. The room was very beautiful. Interiors are new and modern. Appliances and furniture are superior. We looooove the bedding. The pillows alone are good enough to want to go back to Somerset Alabang. I believe they had goose down pillows and duvets. Best sleep in ages. The bathroom is nice and spacious. There's a bath tub, so that was really nice. Food is great too. Breakfast buffet is between 6-10am at their restaurant. Around the hotel, there are a lot of places to go to. There's South supermarket nearby, where we bought wine to bring back to our hotel room. There are also 24-hour restaurants across the road. Overall, it was the perfect venue for the perfect date night. We plan on coming back every 2 months because we loved it so much!"

"My stay at the B Hotel exceeded my expectations. I picked that hotel because other place I was staying did not have fast internet and needed adequate speed for work related uses. Internet could be faster but fast enough, perhaps changing routers for much faster performance. Hotel staff was exceptional in their professionalism, attitude, english speaking skills, and helpfulness. I will definitely choose B Hotel next time I'm in business/personal trip in Alabang, Muntinlupa city. Kudos to HR management for hiring smart and lovely female employees. For future suggestions: B Hotel should expand the workout room, give customers a schedule of evening activities happening in hotel or events around area. Tourists get tired of Alabang Town center really fast, they are more interested in 'Filipino Experience' so local events are better than browsing around Town Center for shopping. For customers staying 2+ days, you should call room and ask if they need more free water. Most tourists would like to meet more tourists and network around so creating some sort of free "Wine-snacks" hour for tourists to mingle is a good idea. Most tourists have "vices" any sort of discrete accommodation is highly sought and valued at premium price--hotel drivers should be well informed... "
