Hotels near Alabang Town Center

THis is the first time we've heard of this hotel and we were just blown away by the professionalism of the staff. The place is spanking new. Everything is 5-star level. The breakfast was a bit expensive (about P1000) but the selection was awesome! Well worth the P1000 price tag. Location is great if you would like to be near Festival Mall or Alabang Town Center. It's also near the South Expressway making northbound or southbound travel easier. BTW the hotel just opened Dec 2012 so the swimming pool and other facilities were not yet opened when we stayed there in Feb 2013.

The stay was excellent! We wanted to have a peaceful, relaxing 1 day vacation in the city and we were not disappointed. Azumi Boutique Hotel was located at Alabang, where there is not much traffic; it was easily accessed via SLEX. The Hotel is very near Alabang Town Center, so you will have access to the movie house, restaurants and shopping. They also have ample parking space for their guests. The rooms were very nice, bright and very clean. It has a full sized refrigerator (not a bar refrigerator) with microwave oven. I even read that it is possible to request for a rice cooker and kitchen utensils. The rooms were not we expected for its price, it was not in anyway cheap. TV was big, air conditioning was nice, bed was very comfortable + there is a couch. Our only comment on the room was that it was only surrounded by Glass, no curtains of some sort. In conclusion I would recommend this hotel to anyone especially for its price. This was the best 1 day vacation we had in the city.

Hi just got back yesterday after 5 nites at Vivere - chose this hotel as I had business at an office located just next door . I was pleasantly surprised as I could find very little fault during my stay . I stayed in a a deluxe room on 20th floor - plenty large enough with a kitchenette , lounge , dining area , bedroom , bathroom & another small room with a day bed & desk . I cannot sing the praises of this Hotel or it's people loud enough. The location is GOOD with shopping at the Festival Mall across the street, and the Alabang Town Center Mall is a 2-3 minute shuttle (free) ride away, and has some wonderful restaraunts and a more upscale shopping scene.The staff were particularly helpful & nothing was a problem. The restaurant is located on the 31st floor & has an open air section with great views looking towards Manila . Taxi took about 45 minutes from the airport . Would stay here again but only for business as it is too far out from Makati where most tourists stay .

Second time staying here and I am still happy with their service. I have booked two days ago but needed to check in early so I called their hotline and I was advised that they accept early check-in with a minimal fee. They also noted this on my reservation during the phone call. When I arrived, the receptionist informed me that there was no vacant room with a single queen bed. I asked to be transferred to another room type if there is any available during that time and they were able to process my request. If there is any improvement needed for this hotel, I believe, is to make sure that the walls are sound-proof. You can hear the sounds along the hallway - the doors closing, the chatting customers, et cetera. especially the hours nearing the check-out time. Just to set other people's expectations here, there is no breakfast included, which is fine since Molito and Alabang Town Center are near the hotel, and if you are craving for anything, there is a 711 store at the entrance.

There are so many things to love about Somerset Alabang. First, I have to say how happy we are about the staff. We made a mistake with our booking date, but they were very accommodating. They helped us rebook with no problem. I guess it might also be because they're fairly new. In the hotel, they always smiled, greeted us, and met our requests well. They sometimes have cheesy spiels, like "welcome to your home in the south". We thought it was funny, and it also shows that they were trained well. The room was very beautiful. Interiors are new and modern. Appliances and furniture are superior. We looooove the bedding. The pillows alone are good enough to want to go back to Somerset Alabang. I believe they had goose down pillows and duvets. Best sleep in ages. The bathroom is nice and spacious. There's a bath tub, so that was really nice. Food is great too. Breakfast buffet is between 6-10am at their restaurant. Around the hotel, there are a lot of places to go to. There's South supermarket nearby, where we bought wine to bring back to our hotel room. There are also 24-hour restaurants across the road. Overall, it was the perfect venue for the perfect date night. We plan on coming back every 2 months because we loved it so much!

The moment we checked in at Acacia Hotel, we experienced the warm hospitality of the Filipino people. The staff is friendly and has an uncanny way of anticipating our every need. A good example is that we are very fond of fresh mangoes. Every morning, no sooner have we seated at the table for breakfast, plates of fresh mangoes are brought over with our coffees! In the afternoon, when we went to the fitness center, they provided us with personal trainers to help us get through our exercise regime. Acacia Hotel is buffered by 2 malls---Festival Mall and the Alabang Town Center. The hotel provides shuttle service to both locations. I can make a recitation of the hotel's genuine attentive character but I won't. You will have to experience it yourself to know what I am talking about. I do intend to stay at the hotel again when I find ourselves on holiday in Manila again. Many thanks. And to the many other staff members who made our stay one memorable holiday!

The place is very very clean! Reception area, room, linen, toilet and bath, all so so clean! The staff are very nice. Courteous and accommodating Room was huge! Air-conditioning satisfactory. There was a TV unfortunately no cable. Wifi service is great! Shared toilet and bath smallish but clean. No hot water but we managed. Water pressure on the floor was strong enough to enjoy a decent shower. It was raining during our stay... The stairs going up to the 2nd and 3rd floor didn't have a roof so the steps were wet so we had to gingerly walk up and down the steps so we won't slip. Expect to get drenched when it's raining. Hopefully they will put a roof in that area eventually. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will stay again especially when doing business in the area. The place is so close to Evia and Fernbrook and about a 20 minute drive to Alabang Town Center.

The hotel is in an area of heavy construction and the second night the clean water turned to sewage. I don't blame hotel but you can expect these things in that area. The room was much smaller than advertised and they use bulk a/c switch so it is very noisy but room is cool. They will not clean up room unless you ask several times. My electronic room key did not work all week and I had to find someone to let me in room each time which I blame on management The actual workers of the hotel do everything they can to please you There is only one electrical plug so make sure you are traveling with 20 foot extension cord and three way plug. Wifi worked well for hotel use and mall shopping and food are only one block away. Their price in $300 range for one week is equal to low dollar hotels in US so it is not a bargain but is unfortunately the best in the area.

My stay at the B Hotel exceeded my expectations. I picked that hotel because other place I was staying did not have fast internet and needed adequate speed for work related uses. Internet could be faster but fast enough, perhaps changing routers for much faster performance. Hotel staff was exceptional in their professionalism, attitude, english speaking skills, and helpfulness. I will definitely choose B Hotel next time I'm in business/personal trip in Alabang, Muntinlupa city. Kudos to HR management for hiring smart and lovely female employees. For future suggestions: B Hotel should expand the workout room, give customers a schedule of evening activities happening in hotel or events around area. Tourists get tired of Alabang Town center really fast, they are more interested in 'Filipino Experience' so local events are better than browsing around Town Center for shopping. For customers staying 2+ days, you should call room and ask if they need more free water. Most tourists would like to meet more tourists and network around so creating some sort of free "Wine-snacks" hour for tourists to mingle is a good idea. Most tourists have "vices" any sort of discrete accommodation is highly sought and valued at premium price--hotel drivers should be well informed...

Half the price of similar quality hotels in the heart of Manila. Excellent breakfast buffet. At first, you might think there's not much in the area, but the free service vans (running every 30 minutes) should be taken advantage of and head over to Alabang Town Center (which is actually just about a 15-minute walk). Great cinema, great restaurants and the best Western-ish supermarket I've come across anywhere in the Philippines (Makati Supermarket). The room was clean/modern, and generally in a quiet location, which was nice. This was my second stay, and I'd definitely stay again. Distance to NAIA is actually not as bad if you take the Skyway - just about 20 minutes to Terminal 3. It's just a little pricier, but still very worth it. Will stay again.
