Received warm welcome once we reached the hotel. Really impressed by the tree pool. The view from top to the pool and the surroundings was spectacular. The library is a nice place to relax, read, and tea. They provide compliment refreshments. I love the dessert like creme brûlée, homemade cookies and chocolates, fruits and the beverage bar with quality tea bags. The best thing is that you will never need to show your key card except to open the gym room door. The lighting and air-con can be adjusted with a high tech digital panel near the bed. The pool is the best place for photos. And when we were swimming on a sunny day. A staff gave each of us one choc ice-cream ball coated with chocolate! Really delicious and so sweet of him. We haven't had a drink at the bar but the environment is nice especially at night. It is spacious. We saw a male peacock at the garden on the floor where the lobby situates. I love the room. A double bed plus a couch large enough for 2 ppl. The bathroom looks neat and I especially like the white round chair where you can relaxingly sit on to blow your hair or makeup. The only disadvantage is the location. It is not close from the closest Sentosa Express Imbiah Station. We walked for 20 minutes from it to the hotel when we didn't take cab. They offer shuttle buses to and fro Vivo City but the last one is from 5:45pm on weekdays. Overall, I very much love this hotel and if possible will come back! Highly recommend.

I am always amazed to read some reviews on Tripadvisor and the things that people complain about. This is a fabulous hotel, truly 5 star. It is not cheap - but I have paid more for a 5 star hotel in central London and this is a resort-style location. Rooms are gorgeous with state of the art sound system, bathtub, rain shower. The pool area is huge and fabulous for sunbathing or just chilling. There is a great swim-up bar. Breakfast was good, they will cook you any kind of egg dish, tomatoes etc if you ask, and there's nice dum sum and pastries. The hotel is beautifully designed - very suited to the 'trendy' young set. Because of this, they do tend to hold events there - on the Saturday I stayed, there was a Belvedere Vodka party taking over the whole pool area with loud house music, lots of wannabees and models. I could understand why families with young children would be peeved by this as it was very noisy - though there was still plenty of room in the pool and an area reserved for guests. I didn't mind as I enjoyed watching and taking advantage of the cheap cocktails. However I would advise calling up to check in advance if there is going to be a corporate event like that happening, in case it would bother you - the hotel is not going to be able to inform all guests if you book online. Overall, a lovely little staycation in a luxurious room with comfortable swimming and sunbathing. Sentosa Cove itself is also lovely with a great selection of restaurants and a few bars where you can happily hang out all day with a book, looking at the yachts. Do go for a recce early, and book yourself a table at your chosen restaurant, as they get full up quickly on weekend nights.

Our family lives in Singapore and just wanted a quiet retreat far a way from the city. Sentosa Resort and Spa set at the eastern end of the island was exactly what we were looking for. If you just want to get a way from it all, this hotel fits the bill. It's a fair distance from the main attractions such as resort world and universal studios (10 minutes via the complimentary shuttle bus) but is just a 5 minute walk to a couple of small "beaches". The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle service to nearby VivoCity. We chose to enjoy the hotel facilities and the gym and pool did not disappoint. My husband and daughter said the gym was the best they have ever used. Equipment is high end and easily accessible. The pool is a "swimmers" pool at 33 meters long. It has a designated lap lane and one long side of the pool is shallow while the rest is deep. There is a pool bar serving drinks and snacks from 11 a.m. and a casual restaurant with pool views We did have an issue with the first room we were shown but manager worked with us to make sure we were not disappointed. We had originally booked a Deluxe room which allowed an extra bed in the room for our 16 year old daughter but when we arrived we found the room was much smaller than expected and the extra bed could only be accommodated by moving other furniture out of the way. The management agreed to a complimentary upgrade and arranged for expedited cleaning of a "family room" which was really two rooms connected by a small foyer and shared bathroom. This made all the difference in being able to enjoy the hotel experience and we will definitely be return customers. if you are traveling with children (young or old) the family room at Sentosa resort ad Spa is the perfect accommodation.

really really in love with this hotel. area is superb, located in Sentosa cove, one of elite area in SG. room is big and i don't have any problem during my stay with Marina view room. rooms also facilities by smart TV. Quite near to shuttle bus stop, you can access to other spot by using Sentosa bus number 3 only, which will be arrive every 25-30 minutes. what i love most is the surrounding, you can have jog in the morning with unusual view ,the gym and also nice big pool. you can rent a bike to, but its quite pricey. breakfast variation is good enough, but limited selection comparing to other 5 stars hotel.
