ketika saya booking di hotel ini, saya lupa menanyakan apakah di penginapan ini terdapat lift, dan ternyata memang tidak ada lift di penginapan ini. karna saya tidak bisa check in sesuai waktunya, jadi saya menelepon ke hotel untuk mengkonfirmasi bookingan saya. staff hotel juga sangat membantu dengan menempatkan kamar kami di lantai 1, sehingga kami tidak perlu naik tangga. dan ketika tengah malam saya tidak bisa tidur karna lapar, dan restoran hotel juga sudah tutup, lagi2 staff hotel sangat membantu dengan membelikan makanan untuk kami, walaupun sebenarnya tidak sesuai dengan jobdesk-nya. dan berhubung hari tersebut adalah hari terakhir kami di kota Yogyakarta, kami meminta agar sarapan disediakan 1 jam lebih awal dari seharusnya, dan dengan senang hati para staff membantu kami dengan persiapan kami di pagi hari tersebut. setiap kelebihan selalu ada kekurangan, tapi segala kekurangan yang saya lihat tertutup dengan banyaknya kelebihan yabg diberikan oleh para staff, manager dan jajaran direksi dari pihak hotel ini. terima kasih banyak hotel septia, semoga kalian bisa lebih maju dan lebih baik lagi. amin
