The Coolest Hotel in Town”
It is my first time staying in a Santika hotel chain and it will not the last one. Two things I was particularly impressed with this hotel. They are: 1. the Breakfast Service and Menu that is too good to be true. Santika serves 1001 dishes just for the breakfast. Added with the friendly staffs taking care of your needs, having breakfast in this hotel is a wonderful experience by itself. 2. the Parking Attendance Car Cleaning Service. To my surprise, Santika cleans the car every morning. Yet, they do not want to be paid for this service. These 2 little things make me feel like returning to Santika again while in Surabaya. Thanks for having us Santika. You made our stays enjoyable and memorable... more than words I can say.

I used to stay in this chain hotel when traveling, but now the hotels are getting old. They still keep it clean, but some parts and furniture need to be renovated. Location is perfect, close to the city center. Check in process was fast. Breakfast is quite limited, maybe because of the pandemic. For me, as business traveler, who just need nice bed, hot shower, fast internet and good location, this hotel is sufficient. But for those who demand more, this hotel may fall short.
