Average hotel and not ideal location”
Perhaps one of the better hotels in Fes but average by world standards. Location is not great, surrounded by woods, not walking distance to the Medina, but feels safer, especially at night.

Nice hotel, a bit disorganised”
The hotel is very modern and nice. Our deluxe rooms with direct access to the swimming pool were large and beautiful. The Acqua di Parma products is a nice touch. The hotel is a bit disorganised. We had some issues at the time of booking, which took a few emails to resolve. The very expensive New Year's eve gala was nice but not worth the €150 per person. We asked for a guide for a tour of the Medina who still managed to take us to a carpet shop and to a pottery shop! Not a great tour either! The staff is very friendly and the bar rooftop has a nice view of the Medina. A bit expensive but still the best place to stay in Fes if you are not on a budget..

Lovely break from the medina”
This hotel was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the medina. There was an energy of the place that was extremely relaxing. Furthermore, the staff was SO helpful especially Lila at reception. My husband was really sick and she helped me get him medicine, get our train tickets since we couldn't go and much more. The staff in the restaurant also dug up some bananas and extra minerale water for him and delivered it to our room. The dinner at the French restaurant was like a 5 star restaurant in Manhattan. Our room was amazing. The windows are modern french style if you will opening up with a lovely breeze. The shower amenities (shampoo etc) that were provided were so great I took them with me (and I never do that!). The bed was extremely comfortable too! The "mall" is part of the view from the pool which is just awkward. I'm not sure why they chose the location; however, at night you can't even notice it. I'd also suggest they add some free weights and mats to the gym.

Good with space to improve ”
Amazingly designed modern-style hotel with quite a oriental atmosphere. The best parts are spacious and very comfortable rooms and delicious food (highly recommend the dinner buffet). However, the location is a bit awkward, when I arrived the city, a local policeman kindly gave me a ride to the hotel and the officer kept warning me how dangerous this area is during the whole time, although he might be a bit too dramatic and the hotel actually provides excellent shuttle service . The service in restaurant and spa is not satisfying for a hotel in this type.

Very good”
The hotel had some great things, like the view and the pool, and spa. The shuttle to the Medina was lovely. Parts of the hotel were a bit worn, such as pool deck chairs and our window leaked rain in room. The rooftop bar (the main reason I booked the property) was closed during our stay and I was not warned of this ahead of time, or told about this during our tour of the property upon arrival. So while greatly disappointed about that, I cannot comment on that feature. The food in the hotel was subpar. You can get much better food and service elsewhere in town for a fraction of the cost. We ate at the hotel for dinner the first night and it was not a good experience. We came down at approximately 8pm, and I should state we stayed during Ramadan. The buffet was nearly empty and was not replenished. As we were trying to get food the buffet utinsils were taken away! We had to ask for them to bring them back! Service was very slow (even by European standards) The food itself was meh.

The hotel is very modern and have a nice design The staff should be more helpful for this standing I think I have asked for a late check out before coming to the hotel and mentioned that it was my wedding day ... but unfortunately I asked again for this as there was no special attention. The receptionist wasn’t very flexible

Luxurious ”
The room was large with ample storage for luggages and clothes. I like the open concept cabinet (without doors). Very convenient to have separate toilet/bidet and shower room. Huge thick towels with with robes were provided. At first we were given room with poor view and requested for change. They obliged the very next day with room facing the city and charming Medina. Breakfast spread was ample. The terrace with city view was a great place to relax while having coffee. The only snag was the diffulty in adjusting the water temperature while having shower. Water pressure was good.

Excellent value and lovely hotel”
We just spent May half term with our 2 girls at the hotel. We had a fantastic time, the hotel is luxuriously 5 star and the small pool was heated to jacuzzi temperature. Totally recommend it.

This hotel is very unique, comfortable and peaceful. View is really nice, service is so good, nothing to complain. 10 min driving from train staion & medina. French reastaurnat offer nice food and good value.

It is a very comfortable hotel but service is lacking especially for the independent travellers.. no knowledgeable concierge. Also service to rooms was inconsistent. It took two days to wash the coffee cups.

Beautiful hotel, but it was not so nice to walk around in the area, felt like we had to take a taxi everywere. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was helpful and the room was big and clean. Had a nice stay.

La relación calidad precio en nuestro caso fue excelente ya que teníamos descuento, pero con el precio original nos parece excesivo. El hotel está a las afueras de la Medina, como positivo es más tranquilo que uno de dentro (aunque en la piscina se oyen todos los ruidos de la carretera, ambulancias, etc. En la habitación ningún ruido). El personal de 10! Y dos Restaurnates, uno marroquí y otro francés.
