In the new part of the city, buffet breakfast. Our main problem was noisy elevator heard from the room and our room joined to the next via 2 doors and we could hear next door talking in a droning voice into the early hours of the morning

Hotel Oudaya's location is just perfect. It is so close to the train station that makes it so convenient. Likewise right across it is a budget friendly cozy snack shack that offers great tasting deli. So yeah, Oudaya is an excellent choice.

Rooms outdated though facilities outside are quite good . Got charged tax thought I was told by agoda that everything is all paid for but again its not about the money but principles . Staff were super friendly and breakfast was good . I think the hotel is more interested to invest in swimming pool or outside of the hotel rather than rooms as the room I was given was outdated and small tv with blurry pictures on most of the channels . It is also next to nightclub so yh those know what I mean will possibly try to be for from this area

No Parking available unlike daily promises”
There wer more than enough parking spaces available, at the reception desk they would confirm me that I can park for 2 days, with my car in front of the parking garage door, the other guy just said No, while ample places were available. And money was transferred to him, normal fee, obviously my rental car for the business/ pleasure trip was not good enough….shame as it did sit on the street with several issues after their refusal. On the street they re-told me I had to park my car in the hotel’s space, haha.

Very unclean rooms and rude staff”
We arrived late at night hoping to find clean beds to sleep in, only to find a very unclean room and beds. The bedsheets, pillows, and duvet covers were not changed. The rude staff, (who refused to speak to my wife, because of her gender) reluctantly offered another room, with just as dirty and unclean bedclothes. After looking at a couple of 2 more dirty rooms, we were forced to spend the night wearing our clothes to sleep. Breakfast was just as bad and we decided not to go the next day. One could hear the lift banging all the time and even the common places were dirty, except the front reception. This hotel is not worth any penny.

Good budget option ”
This is a good budget option. Room very clean. We had twin beds which were very smal, not adult size...very narrow but linen was clean and mattresses comfy. We had a street facing room very noisy at night. The wifi didn't work anywhere in the hotel which was inconvenient. The pool was great. All in all a good budget option and close to buses for the tourist sights.

Nice Neat Hotel, Nice Rooms with twin televisions ”
We were only there for 3 days unfortunately, but found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We were waiting for the coach to take us back to Marrakesh. One of the waiters who had just finished his shift, crossed the road to ask how we had enjoyed our stay and wished us a pleasent journey back together with general enthusiastic chint chat. Very genuine.

My stay was brief, having had my flight messed around by EasyJet I needed to find urgent accommodation at 10pm in the evening. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and as my room was above reception I also obtained free wifi in my room.

The tap in my bathroom leaked all over the floor, the key had to be kept in place with a rolled up piece of toilet paper or the electricity would keep going off, and there was a loud night club next door.
