Friendly staff. Very convenient stay. ”
Right outside of Terminal 1. We had our luggage stored at the hotel after arriving early in the day from Sapporo. We were able to maximise our visit to Kyoto with the JR train right outside of the hotel. Checking in that night was fast. Room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed & pillows. We went to get our bags checked in first for our morning flight home the next day and we went back to the hotel to have our breakfast and to finish packing up our cabin bags. So convenient.

First time to stay here and wow this is impressive. Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Connected to the airport. Ideal especially for late night or early morning arrival. There are resto, convenience store and ticket stations. Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Superb! I had steak for breakfast. A lot of food option and it the breakfast room was spacious. Exceptional staff and stress free flights”
We stayed here twice coming and going via Kansai to Korea. It's very convenient to the airport and also to the JR West (Haruka from Kyoto - 70 minutes). There are several nearby restaurants, particularly in the Aeroplaza as well as a Lawson. Since we were coming and going to Korea and staying at the hotel twice, the hotel stored our (big) bags for us for free. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. Almost everyone on staff spoke a little bit of English, but one was absolutely fluent. We will gladly stay again since overnighting in the hotel the day before or after a flight is much less stressful and greatly simplifies the daily logistics of arrival and departure into Japan.

Good value for money”
This hotel was well-signed from within the airport itself, so it was easy to find. It is located within 5 minutes' walk from Kansai Airport terminal 1. The room was more spacious than expected (we were able to fully open two large suitcases with plenty of room to spare), and the amenities were plentiful. The room was clean and quiet. Highly recommended if you have an early flight.

I liked the large room and convenient location. Great for an early flight out or late flight in. Room was comfortable, clean, good amenities, large window for a great view of the airport/runway. Professional and friendly staff. Easy check-out as you just drop off the keys in the box on level one right as you exit the lift. Lawson just outside it on level 2.

Exceptional”
Great place to stay to catch an early flight from Kansai the next day. Only one train stop away from Rinku Outlet. A nice and relaxed place to shop for everyone. The train station is so close to the hotel, and so is the airport terminal 1. Rooms are spacious. The receptionist was so kind as to arrange connecting rooms which we appreciated so much. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location and convenience”
Location was brilliant being a 5 minute walk from the airport to exit. Best part of the airport hotel was being able to move the luggage trolley inside your room. Staff were super helpful, and even at 1 am in the morning there were four people at the counters to check people in… Such a difference from US or European hotels. Would absolutely recommend this to anybody else wanting to make a connection at Osaka

If I could read the staff more than five stars I would. As a convenient place to stay before travel at Kansai, the hotel is excellent. It has a very enjoyable breakfast. We actually stayed at the hotel twice before a short trip to South Korea and they stored our big bulky bags for us had no charge so we can make the hop. I will gladly use this hotel again.

2nd time staying at this hotel as we have an early morning fly out from Osaka). This hotel is situated a mere stone throw away from Terminal 1 of the Kansai International Airport. Suitable for those early morning departure or late arrival into the city. We booked the Premium Economy Twin Room with Breakfast and the room is very spacious (lots of rooms for our 2 big suitcases and 2 bag packs). Will definitely stay in this hotel again in my next trip to Osaka !

More Than Expected At a Fantastic Price”
Stayed here for the first time in 15+ years after flying in from the East Coast. Rooms are super spacious by Japanese standards - my family of 3 was super comfortable. Great bathrooms, and everything was clean and convenient. You literally walk out of Kansai Airport and into the hotel. And at the sub $100 rate I got the room for, I literally couldn't have asked for more.

I think it is good to stay over, especially if you arrive after midnight. You can just walk over to the hotel, and relax for the night. The staff at the front desk is nice and they can speak good English. So this is good. The room is nice and big in Japan.

Nice airport hotel”
We stayed at the hotel since we had an early morning flight out of Japan the following day. Despite the late time when we checked in, staff were present and check in was fast and easy. The room was clean and comfortable and everything was in working order. Check out was also quick - just return the key cards to the front desk then it was a quick 5 minute walk to the terminal for our flight.

Right choice When you have morning flight ”
We are very satisfied with Nikko hotel , it is really convenient, arrived in airport using Rapid train from city , it is just 3min walk to hotel. Love the bath amenities , especially shampoo. Clean & quite even though we can see runway from our room. Check in & check out super easy with friendly staff .

Exceptional”
I arrived late night after the flight during covid period and staff was prompt to check me in and gave me upgraded room and ladies amenity. My tiredness was gone when I felt warmly welcomed. Room was very clean and comfortable. There is a convenience store on level 2 connected to hotel building, it's very useful. Just a 3 minutes walk from mail airport building, so very good to stay if you have early morning departure or late night arrival flight.

No frills, spacious, super clean room if you need a night at the airport before or after your flight ”
Room might not look fancy or modern but it is functional and clean and comfortable including the toilet. Everything was working well. The room is also not too cold or hot considering it is winter and it is well insulated. Check in staff was very polite and professional too!

I don’t need to say must, location is big selling point. It’s 2 mins from train station, 5 mins to airport, shops & restaurants. The hotel is clean and well maintained. I lived in same hotel 3 yrs ago, same quality. Staffs are friendly and professional.
