It's an ok hotel, close to Taman Safari.”
It's an ok budget hotel, relatively clean, but our room was so close to a mosque's speaker that we were awaken by super loud calling-for-pray around 4am. Also, the bed was too hard for us. On the positive side, it is close to Taman Safari, not much traffic, staff was friendly, plenty of minimarkets around the area. The swimming pool was being cleaned the next morning but we didn't have time to enjoy it. We asked for hot water to make milk for our toddler and they gave us a big flask. So, if you don't mind the calling-for-pray loud chant while you are sleeping (or trying to sleep), and you prefer a firm bed, this might be for you. Otherwise, find one a bit further from a speaker.

My friends and I had a great time! The staff welcomed us with warmth and lead us to our room with the best view as what I had requested. The sunrise was beautiful. The room has no aircon but since it is chilly, it was very comfortable for us. There were some bugs in the room which we didn't mind. The bathroom is adequate. The breakfast was fried rice with sunny side up which was a little bit salty for us. I'm not sure if the room has wifi. Free parking. A little advice, do not go to puncak on a weekend!! The macet (traffic is so bad, believe me). Overall, I loved my stay there.

Pros:Big rooms, next to alternative road if Jalan Raya Puncak closed from one way. Cons: facility is so so, only pools Suitable for sleep only.

It was great, we had a good rest, we were enchanted by the view. The staff was helpful and friendly. Free parking. Bathroom furnished adequately with heater. Chilly temperature. It was a nice stay. Puncak is absolutely lovely.

Price is very reasonable for Puncak standards. I paid just 208k Rp for night without breakfast. Minus: There is not tea kettle in the room.

clean hotel. a bit difficult to find location as it's inside small alley. not to many breakfast option. good for those who want to sleep only. nothing special thing in this hotel - pool only. you have to go outside to spend your time. delicious marmalade anyway....

Not a place to relax after a long day”
The hotel room looks like a usual room in a house. Nothing special about it. Ants everywhere even on the bed. I guess it's caused of the place that is near to nature. For me, when u go for holiday, i would like to venture something different from your house. This is not it. Not gonna stay here again.

The staff was so bad and not nice, room has many ants and also have insect, wifi not working all the time, i remember last check out one staff took a lot of money of us because of my partner did something to the window but actually he didnt break it and its not broken at all but the staff wanted took idr 400k from us, and another things to drop to bogor station he wanted also want take over 250k when i already paid him rp 100 to drop me to pharmacy. I will never ever want to stay here again because their staff really so bad

I would recommend this if you only want to have a very cheap and standard. They dont offer much except room without AC. It was super hot and humid during the night. The internet didn’t work as well
