Omar and his family and staff make this a very welcoming place to stay. Breakfast and tea on the rooftop terrace was outstanding. Biki(?) the office cat is a sweetheart too, at least until she's had too much petting. She'll sink her teeth in a bit. Only small puncture wounds, it healed up nicely.
Me and my wife visited Chefchaouen as a pit stop en route to Marrakech, and was nearly tricked by a dodgy resident trying to lead us away from the hotel. However, luckily another resident asked us where we were going and pointed us in the correct direction, and upon reaching the hotel, the staff was very friendly and made the check-in process smooth, and after sending us to our room, we could hear her scolding and the dodgy resident and we never saw him again ever since. Room's comfort level is average, with hot shower. However, what truly made it for us was the wholesome and delicious breakfast on the rooftop complete with scenic view of mountains. We really enjoyed ourselves while having breakfast and watching the sunrise. We had then checked out and asked the owner whether we could leave our luggage while we went around the city to shop and sightsee, and she not only gladly agreed, but when we returned around 5pm and tried to give her a token tip as thanks, she strongly refused until I told that I was not going to leave until she accepted! All in all we had a very pleasant experience at the hotel, and while the location and view are great points, we will never forget the warmth shown us by the owners:)
EVERYTHING IS BLUE!! Hotel staffs are friendly and help you when you need help. Hotel pick up must do because it is not easy to find upon arrival. You may request for pick up when you arrival Chefchaouen centre (EUR 1 from bus station). You able relax at the top roof of hotel and enjoy the view of the blue town while drink Moroccan tea.
Excellent really enjoyed my stay and definitely would return. Delightful owners and tastefully decorated rooms with a delicious home made breakfast up on a terrace with a view of the mountains.

The lady receptionist spoke English and was very helpful whenever we had queries, an asset to the hotel! The breakfast terrace was comfortable too. However the room is very small and we had problems putting our 29inch luggage out. The hot shower worked well so all good there! The comfortable bed also made for a good sleep. Location is very central too.
