Great location in the heart of Malioboro, only a short walking distance to almost everything e.g food, souvenirs, train station. The staff were extremely nice, friendly and very helpful, good selection of breakfast menu. The room was big enough with a very comfy and clean bed and pillow, the hot water takes sometimes to run but all was good. I had a great deal from Agoda, with the service of a 5 stars hotel. I will be coming back to this hotel for sure in the future. Keep up the good work, and thank you for your excellent service.

Located right in the busy Malioboro. Many vendors of street food outside the hotel. However, since it is located in the touristic area, then it is quite noisy. Cleanliness of bathroom needs to improve.

Well basically, this is the 'New old hotel' I think it was newly renovated, and the hotel have new name. Very satisfied with the air conditioner, and water, and clean room, but very unsatisfied about the the soundproofing of the room. From second floor, you can hear all the car engine sound, motorbike, and even people talking. Plus the location is great, near malioboro street

Super fast check in and check out process and affordable price tag. Bed is comfortable and bathroom is quite clean for my liking. Tv has quite variety of channel and staff is friendly and the location cant get any better near all the attractions and legendary food around. However my minor issue will be the lift thats not work during my stay and the poor wifi connection. Lets hope they fix it and it could be much better.

the dim light inside the room is not enough”
The location of the hotel is strategic because it is near Jalan Malioboro and there are also several street vendors nearby. However, there were stains on the bedsheet. The dim light inside the room was not enough for working with my laptop. Besides, the bathroom was not quite clean and I am not used to the fixed shower head. Overall, the price was just okay with the quality.

We visited in Feb 2020. Location is good, within walking distance frm Malioboro street. Hotel looks nice from outside but the room did not meet my expectation. We booked a superior room, the room looked old. Bathroom looks old with alot of stains. Breakfast was a good spread, plenty of choices. I think we could have gotten better hotels in the same area with similar price. Would not stay again here.

for its rate, facilities are prety decent. I really appreciated the water heater for my tea or coffee as it's hardly available in hotels with the same rate. tasty breakfast too. but I had to reduce the score cause the wifi was terrible. I gave up using it and use mobile data instead. also there's no tootbrush and toothpaste although I prefer my own, but I didn't bring it. Location was good. there's a mini shop in front of the hotel. tourist spot and good restaurants were only minutes away.
