Very nice hotel in central Kyoto”
This is a very nice hotel with some space in the rooms. Some rooms have no street view. But the rooms are really nice and well planned. The beds have just the right tightness and comfort to sleep well. All the rooms are quiet. I would stay here again, it's very central, we chose a different restaurant for breakfast and dinner every day.

Friendly and clean hotel”
The staff who can speak Korean made check-in easy and communication was smooth. The location is also good, about a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Kawaramachi Station, and it's convenient to have a meal and shop at the shopping center on the way from the station. ^^

Clean and easily accessible lodging near tourism hot spots”
Gran Ms Kyoto is easily accessible by train, bus, taxi, and on foot. Very clean and the King room was quite roomy with plenty of surfaces for unpacking for vacation. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful; they assisted me with my takkyubin luggage delivery to and from the hotel. There is a small restaurant by the hotel entrance, as well as a very convenience 7-11.

The hotel is in a great location from Nishiki market. The hotel provided clean beds, a warm showe and has refrigerator in the rooms. Bonus they also provide water everyday. The only thing you have to be mindful is that their bathrooms have a big step to get into and in the winter the heater is controlled by a central unit. Other than that highly would recommend to stay here.

Great location, comfortable and clean hotel. The only thing to be aware of is that the bathroom is elevated and requires a fairly big step up, so not well-suited for disabled people or people with hip or knee problems.

I love this hotel because it is centrally located, updated, and extremely clean. I’m not sure if it’s because of C-ona, but for the price, it is extremely good value. This was my second time staying here, and I also recommended it to my friend who booked it after and enjoyed her stay. Thumbs up! The staff is also very nice and helpful!

Just next to 7E convenience stores Walking distance to Keihan Line to get to Gion District & not too far away to the subway if u are travelling to Arashyima area. Located very near to the Sanjo Shopping street for ur food or shopping hunts. Staff are helpful and able to communicate in English. Rooms are a little too warm on the winter because they do centralised to the aircond & can’t be adjust but luckily they help us to unlocked the window for some little cool wind to come in

Came with friend for hanami season. the location can’t be beat. so convenient, stone throw away from restaurants street. easy to commute to other tourist spots. i can go to most places with just one bus or train ride. room is clean, comfortable and bigger than expected. Staff are polite and helpful such as dining reservation. i will definitely stay here again.

Quite big in room size”
This room is within reasonable price and the size is quite big. Even i just stayed for one night with one luggage, but you can still open around 3 to 4 luggage at the same time. The room is clean but I would say the washroom is not that big. The hotel is not so near to the Hankyu line, you may have 8 to 10 mins walk, it is one of the bad side, but all in all the hotel is good!

Convenient location near the subway at the north end of Kawaramachi. Within walking distance to multiple lines. Good for tourists. Room was well insulated from the noise outside. The only drawback was that the ac could only be set to heat because it was fall/winter. They lent out an oscillating fan that worked for me but it might be a bit of a concern for those that often feel warm / sleep hot or are from cooler climates.

We had a pleasant stay at Gran Ms Kyoto. It is located closeby the Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae subway station, which is accessible to most of tourist attractions in Kyoto. The room is good enough for two pax. The staff are friendly and communicative in English.
