We're comfortable to stayed here”
This is the first time we stay at Gerbera Hotel, so just thinking what is expected we are but after arrived the hotel looked so good, the security is very nice and receptionist also. We had late check in but office boy is very humble and he tell to us where is our room, and we walked together until arrived, our room in 125 and it was amazing, because our room in front of swimming pool. The price is good, and we had planned to come back and stay at this hotel with my big family.

get 350k rupiah from agoda without breakfast. I think with that price we could at least have nasi goreng like other hôtels nearby. kids pool is very small only fit for 3 kids. the big one is not that big but pretty clean. room is clean n renovated. water heater works well. AC can't be off manually. need to remove the card first. location next to Cimory dairy land. walking distance. there are so many things surrounding the hotel. Alfamart Indomaret. Holland Bakery. all breakfast hawkers. even can buy late nite snacks

Not so good experience ”
Location is ok, a bit confusing at the entrance it’s next to a shop, room is small & dark. Smimming pool is being clean while we were there, bad timing as it’s the weekend. TV channel is limited. Room is dirty, ants at different spot in the room. Room service not delivered promptly, I saw our order was left at the counter without any cover on it.

Lokasi hotel dekat Cimory River View kurang lebih 200m saja. ”
Hotelnya sih OK lah sesuai budget. Saya datang dengan anak2. Ada kolam renang mereka senang. Namun di hari ke 2 warna air di kolam berubah menjadi hijau, kayanya kurang kaporit ya. Kolam perlu di maintain lebih baik aja. Kalau teman2 gak mau terlalu tinggi naik ke puncak dan kebetulan hanya mau 1-2 hari mampir ke Cimory River View dekat juga. Hanya selang 200m an. Ini masih daerah Cisarua bawah.

Easy to find foods”
What I like: - easy to run away back to Jakarta, because it is not so far from the toll. - easy to find foods and souvenirs. Nearby to cimory riverside. - the hotel seems to be well managed, room was clean, aircon worked well, hot water worked well, and friendly staffs. Challenge: - far from puncak pass (cold area). - the weather is not cold in this area. - we ordered room with no breakfast (this can be good also, so you can go find what you like to eat). Seems like the breakfast was not so OK. Overall, this hotel is OK, I may consider to come back again. 👍🏻

Overall was OK, room is a bit small, but it's quite cheap, so no complains, aside from the no breakfast deal. Altho the hot water tap might need awhile before taking effect. Only spent a night so couldn't go into much details.

Quite good hotel but the room is a bit dark”
Easily to be found, there is a big sign board on the road. The staffs are friendly. The family room is quite spacious, but it is a little bit too dark. The swimming pool is okay.

One Night Stay”
- Staff is good. - Location is also good u can find marts nearby. - Lacking Facilities. AC is bad and too small for the room, no tissue papers or toilet paper in the rooms, no maintenance bulbs flashing in the room. No kettle. Low lighting in the room. I booked a double bed room got a twin bed room which they joined and were not comfortable for us.
