+The room is clean, comfortable, the air conditioning works well, the receptionist is friendly. It's close to Parangtritis and walkable. Towels and toiletries are provided. Hot water works well. There's a shared kitchen and a clean prayer room. - The only downside is that the TV can't connect to channels, and the gallon water dispenser doesn't provide hot water; the water that comes out is a bit dirty.

I am very disappointed with the holiday at this hotel with my large family and bringing a toddler. The reasons are outlined below; I hope the hotel owner can improve their service. 1. There were no towels; when I asked, they said they were not dry. The next morning when I asked again, they said, "not all rooms get towels, not just yours." This is not a solution as we paid for a room at a standard price that should include appropriate towels. If you have 30 rooms, the hotel should have towels for 30 x 3, meaning 90 towels. 2. At check-in, there was no friendly guest service representative who understood the hospitality area. At that time, there were several guests complaining, and some who had booked did not get a room (which was given to someone else), and they ended up angry. The same happened to me when served by an unfriendly guest service representative, and there were no hotel standards since this hotel is supposedly in partnership with Red Doors (but there is no Red Doors standard at all). 3. The bathroom shower was broken and could not be used; only the tap had a small flow of water like a paint bucket. The toilet was clogged and could not be flushed, so it was fixed at night and could be flushed, but we were already tired since it was fixed at 9 PM. 4. The parking area was not organized, so we had to walk to our room in the rain and got wet. Even though in front of our room there was access for car parking (the access to the room was blocked by other cars), because it was not organized, we had to walk far to the room location. 5. The wait for the room when we checked in at 7 PM was already long. We waited for 1 hour; there should have been enough time to prepare the room, and we shouldn't have been asked to wait that long since we didn't check in at 2 PM, and the hotel should have had ample time to prepare the rooms beforehand. 6. We ordered a family room with 2 queen beds. One mattress was still usable, while the other two mattresses were not usable as they were deflated and the center was sunken, causing us to wake up with aches all over. 7. There was no Wi-Fi, and the network in our room was intermittent if using Telkomsel and IM3. 8. There was no phone or WhatsApp contact to reception that could be reached, so if we needed to ask something, we had to walk quite far from the room, especially in the rain without an umbrella and without any canopy to the lobby. I hope the hotel owner truly pays attention to room service. I think this is not the fault of the staff since I saw only 2 people covering all the jobs there. In my opinion, this is not the Red Doors standard or a two-star hotel, but more like a lodge. I hope the hotel owner can improve this hotel. Thank you.
We requested 3 adjacent rooms, but the hot water for bathing was not working; when confirmed, it turned out that those 3 rooms had not been fitted with heaters. I don’t know what the partition between the rooms is made of because when the next room turned on the water in the bathroom, the noisy sound reached our room. The sound of someone bathing, including gagging and spitting, was also very clear, which was very disturbing (disgusting). The bed sheets were torn (sorry, I forgot to take a photo), and the blankets were very small; even if we used them ourselves, they were not enough, especially if shared by two people. The room facilities were different; one room had a wardrobe, while two others did not. The location to the beach is within walking distance. There is ample parking, and the air conditioning works well. A gallon of drinking water was provided, but there were no glasses.

Alhamdulillah my first experience staying at a sharia family hotel was very impressive. I booked a family-type room with my extended family. The room is spacious and clean. Towels, soap, and a small drying rack are available. There is also bottled water in the room and a dispenser outside the room. Parking is spacious. Luckily, I got a room facing the back area, which has rice fields and trees; it feels very pleasant. #A small suggestion, it would be better if a hanger for clothes is provided in the bathroom.
