Staff/service - they upgraded our room for free! Staff are all nice & attended to our queries + the frontdesk the night we checked in was friendly and fun to talk to. Hotel - Facility is new and is almost like a museum inside. They have elevator & all corners have big mirrors Room - super clean & modern-looking! The sheets are clean too & the bed is comfy to sleep. Will definitely book here again :)

Really appreciate that the staff are very accommodating of my requests (early luggage drop off, very late check-in, 1-hour extension). They were also all very nice in answering my curious questions. The room types vary but even the smaller rooms have very nice and spacious toilet and bath. While it is a small hotel, it has a very artsy vibe with artworks displayed throughout the hallways. I guess it's a nice touch. Probably the only feedback I could give to improve a guest's stay is a provision of basic supplies, like a disposable toothbrush and toothpaste. They should also check if the shower heater is working prior to a guest's check-in. Will consider going back.

Lots of restaurants nearby, however did not.realize it's half a block from red light district so very annoying being bothered by the street girls. However a few blocks away is great nightlife and bars.
