The staff was very nice and humble, they ask about our need n like. They have the smile on their smile everytime! The food was also nice n yummy! They have several menu for us from indonesian, english, etc. The hotel was clean both in the room, bathroom, hall, coridors, lift, etc. Thanks for the nice experiences u give!

Hands down one of the most aesthetically pleasing room I've ever visited. Everything was clean and working well. Love the bath tub. I wish it was more sound proof, since I can still here some noises from next door. But it was mild and didn't bother me too much.

Amazing 5 star hotel next to mall”
This hotel really tick all our boxes. Next to mall (literaly steps away from mall ciputra). Close to toll roads. It look very brand new and luxury. We got upgraded to the bathtub room ( shout out to Tiara in FO). Bathroom looks realy nice and stylish. The only dowside is the breakfast is not really a buffet breakfast due to covid (on weekdays) so cant really compare it to other 5 stars in Surabya. Car packing also a little bit confusing as they share with the mall. All in all our stay was very enjoy able and would definitely return
