Short trip to Japan”
This hotel has good location wise. It is walking distance to Tokyo Station as well as near to Kyobashi Station (Tokyo Metro Line) as well as Takaracho (Asakusa Red Line). Highly recommended for people decided to travel just using the mean of Bus or Trains.

Security Issues”
This place ticks all the boxes - value for money (SGD102/night when we booked in June), a 10 min flat walk from Tokyo Station which is great for lugging baggage, 20 min walk to Tsukiji, 10 min walk to the beginning of the Ginza shopping district, right behind Hidemi Sugino, and 2 min walk to Takaracho Station. It is a claustrophobic space, as what other reviews have mentioned, but also very clean, and the lifts don't get jammed. HOWEVER, late into our first night, our hotel door was suddenly wrenched open by another hotel guest who was slightly tipsy. The hotel had given him the keys to our room, even though we've physically checked in earlier in the night. There's also no safety box in the rooms. I just felt really unsafe after the first night's incident, and was really glad my husband was with me.

Very good”
Room size was okay and the facilities were clean and new. While close to stations of Ginza and Asakusa subway lines, it's a long walk from Tokyo Station (which is where you'll be coming from if you're travelling to Tokyo via Shinkansen). I also understand that visitors of guests aren't permitted inside the rooms, which might be an important consideration for some.

Very good location”
This hotel is in very good location. It is near Kyobashi and Takaracho station, can walk just 1 minute. Recommend this one.

Very good”
Nice clean efficient, compact, comfortable hotel. Better than some Hong Kong hotels. A little difficult to locate amongst other high rise buildings, but GPS helped. Semi-close to Tokyo station, and many places to eat. Next to Ginza-Kobyioshi district for all your high end shopping. Will stay agin here.

Friendly staff and great location”
It’s dark in the room. Bathroom is very small and not so clean with a humid smell of bath curtain. Staffs are friendly and kind. 30 sec walk from Takaracho station and 1 min walk from Kyobashi station. Around 10 min walk from Ginza station. There are two convenience stores around.

Value for money; Close to two subway Stations”
Room is bigger comparing to other hotels in Tokyo. Many sockets in the room. However, Hotel is a bit far from Tokyo Train Station if you take Narita Express train (take around 12mins)., but hotel is still very close to two subway stations. If you are planning to Tokyo Disneyland/Sea, you can walk from hotel to Hachobori JR Line (only 7 mins) and it takes you only 11-14 mins to Maihama Station.

Nice, clean, wellLocated.”
This was a simple, clean business hotel near Tokyo station. Well situated to trains, food and shopping. This is no frills, and the bed wasn’t that comfortable, but it was cheap, clean, and served pastries and coffee.

Location of the hotel is nice, very near to the station. Breakfast was too simple, just bread and fruits. Price is cheap which is perfect for budget travellers who wants to stay in a hotel.

Very good”
Hotel is abt 10 mins walk from Tokyo Station. New hotel. Staff are helpful and very polite. The rm is abit small and toilet is very cramp. A bigger person might find it hard to squeeze in.

Friendly staff in fantastic hotel ”
Loved the modern twist on the traditional Japanese home - our room even had a surf board as decor. Outside there was a sauna (not that it was needed in 35 degree heat)! The staff were incredibly welcoming and even invited us to join them celebrate an annual summer fireworks display. Would definitely recommend.

Very small rooms”
The rooms in this hotel are very small and barely fit a double bed. The location of the hotel was ok, but in the quieter part of the city. We were here over the new year period and none of the restaurants nearby were open, and had to resort to eating food from the nearby Familymart. The staff were great and provided free pocket warmers to keep us warm when were were out and about.

Dirty, rude staff and the room smelt like sewage ”
The entire 2nd floor smelt so bad of sewage it was unlivable, it could be smelt as soon as the lift doors open. We got moved to a different floor after talking to them for almost an hour and only after they went upstairs to smell for themselves. The staff were incredibly rude especially for Japanese standards, no one ackowledges you as you enter or leave the property, they would be speaking perfect english one minute and result to grunting and waving arms around the next. The rooms were dusty despite the daily house keeping, the bedding had dirty white stains and there were dust bunnies built up in the ventilation. The only good thing about this hotel is the location which is near several train lines as well as being walking distance from Tokyo station and Ginza. This is the 5th hotel i have stayed at in Japan and I can honestly say you can get better for the same price elsewhere. Never experienced such rude and uninterested staff in Japan prior to this place.
