It was our wedniversary, we requested slice cake and they prepared. Plus a nice mountain view from our bed. Just a slight problem with the AC and after we complained several times they moved us to other room. Breakfast were nice and vary. Recommended will be back soon with daughter !!

One stop family weekend ”
Moments when we took the kids around and feeding the animals etc, my wife already said that we definitely will get back here...but hello we are at that moment is there. Sure thing many fun activities, harvesting, juice making, movie night, firetruck ride and fireman duty. Good job managing these, with smart moves in add ons that made guests not feels to be forced to pay.

Best Service Hotel we had”
This hotel was newly opened in the end of 2019 and then closed during pandemic limitation. It just opened again some weeks before we arrived. So it was in good condition. The staff also very helpful as one of the driver helping me fixing my car problem. Kids activities were also great in this hotel. One part that need to be improved is that in the Family suite, 1 room (with single bed) has no electricity outlet, this was a struggle for us as we have to put the Air Purifier to each of the room to protect my family. Please add it so that it could give easiness to the guests. Thanks

Family friendly hotel”
Too bad my kids missed the fire brigade show due to delay during breakfast. The breakfast area was too crowded at 7 am, so that we have to delay the breakfast until 8.30am. In the middle of breakfast, at 09.00 a.m., the fire brigade show started. My kids are so disappointed to missed the show.

Clean hotel with awesome staffs”
The hotel was very clean. Gilang in the reception gave us a room in 9th floor with very beautiful scenery. The breakfasr was fantastic, Alif in the restaurant greeted us so friendly and describe about protocol during new normal, he was a very nice guy. The surrounding of this hotel was fantastic. And the location was near so many restaurants and convenience stores and you can order go food! Overall it was a new family hotel, very clean with tasty breakfast and friendly staffs!

Guess what, finally i can have a hotel with a lot of kids activities during weekend. The hospitality is remarkably swift and responsive. I travelled with my family, room facility is great, my kids can enjoy the activities inside and out. I have only one input, please upgrade the breakfast with more options and pay attention to the display and taste. Thanks amd so happy to stay here, i'll be back again definitely.

Best service”
I came here during Christmas Eve for 2 nights. It was very heartwarming how the staff gave small gifts (christmas cookies) to each room (or to those who celebrated christmas only) during the christmas eve. The covid protocol also implemented nicely. All staff always wear gloves and masks, and they arrange breakfast shift to avoid crowd. Unfortunately during my 2nd night, the breakfast on the next morning were very crowded (8-9am), as if all guests were having breakfast at that time. I did not find any empty tables to eat, and they seemed understaffed too because of the crowd. They should’ve put more attention to this issue. Overall, it was a nice hotel, everything was clean, close to Vimala Hills and free from the odd-even and one-way regulation to Puncak area. The rooms have balconies but sadly no chairs for us to sit and enjoy the beautiful mountain view.

Hotel staff is very friendly and there are a lot of fun activities for kids such as kids movie camp, feeding the animals, and educational activity from the local fire fighter department. We enjoyed the stay and the room is clean too!!

Affordable hotel with many kids activities”
I stay there for 1 night weekend at executive room with breakfast. I love this hotel because Horison ultima offers many kids activity. On Saturday afternoon at 4pm, there is harvest time activity. At 7pm there is movie time on the yard. If you'd like to watch in a tent you need to spend min 150k. Or just sit in the bench for free. You can order popcorn, indomie, nasi goreng, hot chocolate, corn cup. On Sunday morning at 8am there is feeding pets activity such as rabbits, birds, fishes, musang (buy 25k for the pets food). There is also wall climbing. After that the most waited is going around hotel with fire truck and being doused with fire fighting water from the truck. Kids also learn the equipments and how to turn off the fire with wet sack. Kids also can rent the fire fighter cloth for 25K and get certificate. Really nice experience for kids . Will return this hotel again.

The only problem is the staff is knocking on your door multiple times 7 to 9am in the morning to check about checking out prolong staying also another multiple in rooms calls asking the same question.. that is so annoying and unprofessional for a 4star hotel. Apart from that all is good.

A little review”
The hotel was good, the room was good (i stay at family suite with 2 bathroom, which is good), the kids activities were good, but the minus is on breakfast & the pool. Not much choices on breakfast & the taste kinda bland, but they open 2 more food stall on weekend. The soto bogor was good, it has salty flavoured to cover the bland of others. The hotel need attention on staff who stand by on stall & the one who refilled the empty food. I saw the one who stand by must go to kitchen to refill the empty plate/bowl or even the food. And the pool, there was only one gazebo near the pool with many guest want to swim, specially kids. There was another one but it placed behind the pool & we couldn't see clear to the pool. Maybe the hotel want to rethink about more place to seat & to put our things when we swim. Overall it was a nice stay. Tq

Good price for value”
We stayed in the family suite. This suite have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guestroom. The interior is simple, the layout was designed like an apartment (condominium). Family suite include free breakfast for 4 people. Overall, it was a good price for value. The staff is really friendly and good cleanliness throughout the hotel area. Sufficient parking space and swimming pool. Take note that the swimming pool did not have a water-heating facility, so it was quite cold in the morning and in late afternoon. The breakfast menu tasted good and the variety is okay.

Superb family room with 2 bathrooms, living room and balcony. Room service are great taste & very affordable price. Hot water is nice, large pool & lots of activities for kids. Only the bfast is so-so, but its okay. Will come back to this hotel again

The most family friendly hotel I've ever visited! Lokasi strategis, banyak fasilitas dan kids activities utk anak2.. Jdi even cm stay di hotel aja anak2 gk akan bosan,,menu breakfast nya berlimpah dan Ada kids stall yg menyuguhkan makanan utk anak2.. Ad stall cotton candy jg lho!! Definitely will comeback again 😊😊
