Helpful since the vehicle first entered the hotel lobby with the security team and room boy working together to help unload our luggage to the trolley. Upon arrival at the reception, Mas Heri confirmed first to ensure all our needs were met until our staycation ended. Even Mas Heri called us every day to ensure our stay was comfortable. Thank you to Mas Marcell who also escorted us to the room while explaining the available facilities. The room facilities were good, and a few technical concerns were well addressed. We were given a room on the 12th floor, with a beautiful city view. Thank you Mas Heri for the initiative to add a router in the room to maintain a good internet connection; this was done without being asked when I expressed concern that I needed stable internet for a virtual meeting the next morning, great! The router installation was assisted by Pak Katno. Breakfast is on the 10th floor, MetSky Resto&Dining... it certainly makes us comfortable spending a long time enjoying the offerings, plus the spot is quite spacious and can be chosen according to preference, both indoor and outdoor. A prayer room is also available on the same floor. The breakfast menu is varied! There are various choices from Indonesian, Western, Traditional, to healthy menu options. Well done, Insya Allah delighting our taste buds. Kudos to the restaurant team that I noticed was very prompt in controlling stock at each stall, even very meticulous and responsive when seeing spills on several menus, immediately cleaned up. The breakfast moment on the 2nd day added excitement because Mbak Cindy at the restaurant invited our child and several others to join a kids' activity, this time making donuts; this program is routinely held every weekend. Anyway, if you bring children, there is also a Kids corner (free of charge) on the 6th floor of Rasahaus, where your child can engage in coloring activities or watch kids' movies; I got this info from Mbak Jessica..thanks! Another interesting facility in this hotel is the swimming pool. Unfortunately, when we arrived, it was under renovation to enhance its visual appeal. However, this was not a problem because Mbak Shirly kindly informed us that if interested, the hotel also has a swimming pool located in an apartment close to the hotel (still owned by the same group), and the hotel is ready to assist with transportation to and from the apartment with available hotel vehicles. This hotel is located in the city center of Bekasi, has 2 separate buildings, and is strategically situated in the same area as the Metropolitan Mall Bekasi, making it easy for you to find what you need during your stay. For guests staying over Friday, it is very easy to find a place for Friday prayers; you can access the prayer room at the mall. The prayer room is large, clean, and fragrant. Maintain excellent service, hopefully next time we can stay here again.
