The room is fairly comfortable and quite clean. The facilities were okay too. The staff even let me check in 30 minutes early which I appreciate. There is a coffee shop and a 7-Eleven downstairs. I usually use public transportation when getting around Metro Manila. While Hop Inn Aseana is accessible through the carousel bus (a five-minute walk from the nearest stop at the DFA), I haven't seen a lot of other public transportation options in the area. There were plenty of cars on the road, though. It's a ten-minute walk to MOA Arena, although you have to cross a bridge to get there. There also isn't much foot traffic because most of the people getting around Aseana use cars. Walking from the arena to the hotel at night made me a little uneasy even though most of the paths were well-lit because there was no one else walking in the area. All in all, it's nice and would probably be easier to get to if I had my own vehicle. If you're a concert goer who has a car or uses ride hailing services, this would be a good choice.

I love Hop Inn Hotel at Aseana City. The staff were very nice, and very helpful. They quickly assisted me when I needed a grab car to take me to my appointments. I can say, their customer service is tops! Their location is very accessible to MOA and the Ayala Malls. I had a really nice stay here when I needed a time for myself, to take a walk and go around the city by myself :). This location was perfect! I was also so surprised that it took only 10-15mins ride to the airport. I checked out at 12nn, but my flight was still at 11pm that day; and Hop Inn have this extra service for their customers, where you can store the luggage so you can still go where you want to go, without the incovenience of taking your luggage. And this without extra cost. Super thank you to Hop Inn for this. I really enjoyed my stay. The room, although a bit small was very clean, the bathroom was also clean. Overall I had a really great time at the Hop Inn Hotel. The place is highly recommended. Thank you so much! Wishing you all the best. Stay awesome! :)

First time in Manila, Hop Inn Hotel gives me a comfort during my stay, not just by its nice room that is worth the price, you can also have a perfect location. i can say a safe and a perfect place to wander around manila. it is the center point from various attractions. What bothers me OFF during my stay is the only one elevator that is functioning. i timed it and it took me 10 mins waiting time. it also bothers not me but All if the guests on that duration. The Staffs feels like they don’t care about the guests being disappointed by this problem seeing them making jokes or laughing at the front desk while the guests were struggling and pissed in waiting downstairs even on their floors. They should expedite the work on the other elevator. SOME staffs. Also our room has a very bad wifi connection good thing they resolved it after we contacted them. And they even forgot to service our room. making us to request a couple of towels. But. Everything was worth it. and surely it will be my GO To Hotel when i go back in Manila. For sure my stay there would be a lot better. Overall 8.5/10 for Hop Inn

Outfitted with a reliable table and chair, the space made my online work a breeze, ensuring I stayed productive with ease. Additionally, the presence of a convenient water dispenser outside offered the convenience of refilling my tumbler at no extra cost. I appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of two mirrors—one in the bathroom and a full-length mirror. Its spacious layout further contributed to a comfortable experience. The hotel's closeness to dining options and the nearby 7/11 store was incredibly handy, especially for late-night arrivals looking for food and basic necessities. My decision to stay was largely influenced by the nearby concert featuring my favorite K-pop group at MOA, and the reasonable pricing made it an attractive choice for my short-term accommodation needs. Although the hotel staff suggested a 20-minute walk to MOA, I opted for a taxi due to the scorching heat and my solo travel status. Despite this, my satisfaction was slightly diminished by the weak wifi connection, occasionally prompting me to rely on my mobile data. Additionally, the shower head seemed in need of replacement, as the water flow was less than satisfactory. Furthermore, I faced difficulty with the door's double lock, signaling a need for attention to ensure guests' security and peace of mind throughout their stay.

I only had a short stay at the hotel, but I'm glad I picked Hop Inn while I was booking my spur-of-the-moment trip. My only purpose into coming to Manila was to be able to attend and check out the Manila International Book Fair (MIBF) at the SMX Convention Center near Mall of Asia. I booked Hop Inn since it was one of the hotels that was near the venue (only a short taxi/Grab ride away) and it was one of the accommodations which has good value for money. My room was simple, but it was clean and very comfortable. My the process of my booking and early check in went smoothly. There's a convenience store right beside it so you can grab a quick bite any time of the day, which is great since you get access to food despite the hotel not offering breakfast in the morning. I also appreciate the water dispenser they have in every floor of the hotel instead of providing water bottles for each day of your stay; as someone who drinks a lot of water, this is a huge plus for me! The only thing I would suggest would be to provide/bring back slippers in the hotel room, since some guests like myself might prefer not to use our outside footwear inside our rooms and not all guests pack inside slippers as well. I had to walk barefoot while I was inside my room and although the temperature was ambient to the rest of my body, the cool air made the floor cold to the feet.
